They are an amazing company with same day service and wish I could give more than 5 stars. Fixed our problem fast and gave us a price range even before starting. Amazing company.

We called TapTech on Sunday and they arranged to come first on Monday morning to unclog a sewer drain. They arrived on time and were polite and friendly. The work was completed quickly and efficiently. The area around the drain was cleaned up as well which has never been part of a drain cleaning by other companies. We were very pleased and impressed with the work done.We would highly recommend TapTech!!

I have used Dan's service on more than a few occasions now.. He is absolutely tenacious about getting to the root of the problem and getting the job done with a reasonable price, and using the highest grade materials. He will look at the problem and make sure it is completed properly. Dan even saved us money by eliminating certain scenarios, and still achieving a good, proper result.Dan and his son came over yesterday and Installed a new hose bib from the basement to the end of our outside deck. The project was done quickly and efficiently, and works great. He thought the project out, and even installed a blow out valve for winter preparation.I won’t use anyone else but Dan’s Tap Tech.Too many disappointing results from other plumbers in town.

Dan responded quickly to our problem with our shower diverted. He had to get the correct part to replace the defective one. Great communication and was very professional.

We were refered to Dan via Home Depot and are more then happy with the work he did for us. He installed a drain and taps for our two catgenie cat boxes in our laundry room. He also installed two outdoor taps and helped us remove a dishwasher that we dont need anymore. He is very personable and professional. The work was done in good time and the price was more then fair! We will be having him come back when we are ready to do our bathroom reno. If I could I would give him more then 10 stars!

Came out over the long weekend for an emergency, came back on Monday to repair it totally. Showed up when they said they would, did a great job, very nice, and reasonable pricing for an emergency visit and followup!

Very pleased with extremely professional and friendly service provided by Dan at Tap Tech. Great service included arriving at scheduled time the day following our call, courteous and respectful in our home, costs provided upfront and completing the job in a timely way and leaving it all clean. Based on our experience, we strongly recommend this company for plumbing needs.

I highly recommend Tap Tech for their experience, professionalism and overall value. We had a main sewar line blockage which caused some overflow and flooding in the basement. (On a Saturday afternoon). Dan correctly diagnosed the problem over the phone, he was at my house in just over an hour and set straight to finding the cleanest and easiest access to clear the pipe. (Our clean out access was not accessible). Fortunately, he has the equipment to reach very long distances and within an hour from his arrival our drains where clear and he was cleaned up and on his way. I can't thank them enough!! If you find yourself in the same messy situation as I had, do yourself a favour and give Tap Tech a call.

Dan really did a great job for us to fix several problems. His professionalism, cheerfulness, careful attention to our needs wer great. highly recommended for sure. our go-to guy for the future for sure.

After a power failure earlier this year and a very active sump pump at the time, decided I should replace the primary pump (not knowing the age of the old one) and add a secondary water driven pump as a back up, after Dan from Tap Tech was good enough to look at the current setup and go through the available options.
