Yeah, my basement was flooded due to the hot water explosion. They were here in a timely manner and got the water out and put dryers in to remove the moisture. They coordinated other companies to come in and to specific jobs. I was very happy with the service and will work with him again. All the technicians have been very nice and knowledgeable. Thanks for the good service. Especially stefanie who’s the only girl and rocking it

The entire process was painless, and the crew was very responsive and informative. The first crew came out last Friday night around midnight, less than 2 hours after our call when our sump pump failed. A week later, our basement is dry with very little damage. I would highly recommend Doan Restoration to anyone needing these unfortunate services.

Our hot water tank ruptured in November 2022, leaving our floors and walls in shambles. Thanks to the expertise and professionalism of Doan's Restoration we were able to get a insurance claim filed /approved and all of the necessary work completed. Chad, Erik, and the rest of the crew were beyond helpful throughout the whole process. Their customer service was by far the best around. I highly recommend them!!!

My sump pump failed and my basement flooded I came across this company after already removing the water. But they fit me in the same day! Chad, Dylan, Jimmy, Stephanie and Mike were all great to work with. Very professional, knowledgeable and polite. They got the work done in a timely manner and they were so easy to talk to and helpful in their advice and suggestions. Definitely recommend this company for flood restoration. I had a back up in my newly remodeled basement and was hysterical. I called Doan Restoration and spoke to Becky she assured me they would take care of me and put me in contact with her technician. They came out within the hour and immediately got to work. They got me taken care of and back to my beautiful basement. Thank goodness for Becky and the Doan family!
