Leroy and his team of young men did an amazing, careful job. Coming from another province to help my dad I knew things would be tight time wise, but Leroy, Will, Leandro and Marcus made the stress of downsizing and moving my dad seem so easy. Leroy was very helpful and responsive when I was looking for a mover that a small business and local to my area. Even when snowstorms result in a need to reschedule, Leroy did his best to find the next earliest timeframe for us. His moving team were professional and courteous. I was overwhelmed thinking of the massive downsizing and decluttering we had to do to move into a 55+ complex after owning homes for 45+ years. When my husband became ill and was unable to help at all Leroy and his team came in and were able to provide amazing support throughout the whole process. From creating an inventory list of things to sell off, removing garbage to the dump, giving away to charity to coming in and carefully packaging up all my dishes and ornaments and furniture, then last minute finding us storage space because our suite move in date was pushed back six weeks to finally placing things into our new suite (my ornaments in the identical placements I had them in) they were there for me every step of the way. Then when i still had too much stuff they happily removed the things I needed to discard at that end too . I feel like Leroy became a great personal friend to me throughout all this and I am extremely thankful we found them. An overwhelming job which we were able to overcome! From over full to empty to moved in! Thankyou to the Carefree Concierge team!

This awesome company made the move of my grandpas furniture into memory care so easy! I'm young and organizing a move to a facility can be difficult, but Leroy and his team made it work without any hitches. I am so pleased to have been a customer, definitely will be using this business again, 100% :)

Leroy and Brett were great. They moved my mom, who was moving into a suite after 60 years in a house. Overwhelming. But they worked with my mom, were very understanding about how big an adjustment this move was for her. They quoted a price and stuck to it. They walked my mom through the entire process, but they did all the work! :) On packing days my mom was with them - they packed and she told them what to pack. Carefree has moved many seniors into smaller living spaces and were very helpful with what my mom would need, and what was unnecessary. Moving day was easy - Mom and I got out of the house for 4-5 hrs while the movers came in. No damage on anything, they were excellent. Leroy called us when they were 'done', and we went to her suite. EVERYTHING was done... unpacked, dishes put away, bathroom set up, pictures on the wall, radio on her station, lights plugged in, even the bed was made! No boxes, all the garbage of moving was gone. Felt like coming home, and was a great relief to my mom and I. Leroy and Brett made a potentially difficult period in my mom's life so much easier. They were very very considerate of her, and included her in the process, but they did all the work. Highly recommend. Concierge service, indeed!

We recently relocated my Mother to an assisted living building in Winnipeg. Because of the services of Carefree Concierge what could have been a very stressful situation was made easy and quite painless. Leroy and his team were fun, and kind while remaining completely professional. They took care of every step of the move, and had Mom at ease from the first meeting. Mom's new home was move in ready, belongings, furniture and art arranged tastefully with flow and ergonomics in mind. The reveal was a special moment which made the transition fun. I cannot thank Leroy and his team enough for taking care of my mother and treating her (and me) with kindness and respect. In early December I had the opportunity to speak with Leroy from Carefree Concierge regarding the move of my 94 year old mother. Leroy went over all the details of my mothers move, not only the physical aspect, but the emotional. He wanted to understand how my mother was dealing with the move. Leroy showed care and compassion, and gave me a very reasonable quote, considering they pack, unpack and set all the rooms up as well as hang clothing. The move went seamlessly.
