She's FIT!

I have been a member of Shes Fit North Delta for some time, but my recent experience with their customer service has been disappointing. I was promised a payment back, but I have been waiting for almost two months without any resolution. When I tried to contact Christine, the manager, she was unresponsive and unprofessional. She even ended a phone call on me and ignored my call back request.While I understand that issues with payments and refunds may take time to resolve, the lack of communication and customer service skills at Shes Fit North Delta is unacceptable. I expected to be given prompt and accurate information, but unfortunately, that was not the case.Overall, I hope that Shes Fit North Delta will take steps to improve their customer service and communication. I would advise potential customers to be cautious when dealing with financial matters at this location.

I have been a member at this gym for around 6 years and I can honestly say it has been through some things. HOWEVER, since late 2021 there has been some AMAZING changes! New squat rack, several new barbells, new staff and some new equipment. This location finally has a permanent manager who has worked hard along side upper management to bring this location back to life. The long time staff members and new staff all seem so much happier. The best part they opened up Personal Training! The trainers there are knowledgeable, kind and encouraging to all members. I love how the trainers stop and talk to members and are always available for questions, form checks and encouragement. It's so nice to see!

This gym should be voted “most improved”. They have music playing now, a bunch of new machines, a decent sized space, and the staff have really improved. Friendly greetings upon entry and exit and a new team of personal trainers.Tanning equipment still needs updating.

I recently joined the gym and as personal trainer I luckily got the best one @maddiewarren. She is training everything in best way possible and I feel like I am under great guidance. I am just loving to go to the gym because of her. She has very positive attitude and do everything with a great smile.Also, I have started seeing results in me within a short period of time.

The staff are so friendly here It's the most comfortable I have ever felt going to a public gym. I was struggling with a machine recently and one of the staff came over and was so helpful and non-judgmental about me doing it wrong. only criticism is that i wish they stayed open longer on the weekends as it is the only time in the week i want to chill out and not rush to the gym, but i realise that is a wider company decision.

Never join this gym!! I cancelled my membership almost 6 months ago and they charged me 80$ months after I cancelled, claiming that I didn’t cancel my membership in the first place. I have evidence that they got back to me saying my membership was cancelled and provided it to them.Leaving this place is almost impossible. Be forewarned, it is not worth the headache!

She’s Fit advertises for less than 5$ every week but first, I was charged a substantial amount of $52 for an annual fee, which was never mentioned during the registration process. Moreover, I was not informed that I was entering into a contractual agreement for a full year and that there would be a cancellation fee should I choose to terminate the service prematurely. And also I contacted customer service several times but nobody answered and cared about that.

I have been member of she’s fit delta for two months. My experience is there going very good. I got a membership and personal trainer there. Anaya is my trainer she is very helpful and kind to me. She is very friendly. Every time she helped me. There is environment very good and friendly. Gym is neat and clean. Now they got some new machines there too. Overall my personal experience with Ananya was awesome. Thank u Ananya

Very friendly staff and the private trainers teach excellent skills. They have very good knowledge of their work, they have very good approach. I have seen such an improvement since I started training with them.

The gym itself is a nice environment, but I recently had a bad experience with one of the personal trainers; I am unsure of her name but she is an older woman. I was working out with my friend, when we went to use the leg press I had asked her if she was still using it or if she had finished. Immediately the interaction felt hostile, and as she was re-racking the weights she made a comment of a certain weight doesn’t belong on that specific machine and should never be placed there, multiple times making it seem as though I had placed them there. Her tone was aggressive and I feel that there was a nicer way to put that comment, as I wasn’t using that machine prior and had no control of what weights others had been put on it. Her tone was very upsetting and made me not want to continue my workout there.
