Worse customer experience, had me waiting 30 minutes for a quote and once he came out to look at the car he looked at it for 2 mins told me the amount - wouldn’t give me a written quote. Rudely told me nope can’t help you. Learn how to talk to customers.

Excellent service! I got my vehicle back after two days for a bumper cover replacement. The paint job was well done and not rushed at all. Everyone on the staff team was friendly and knowledgable. Coordination with insurance company and rental car company was great as well.

1 week to get a quote, 8 weeks until they said I they were ready to book me in, and then the appointment was booked for 6 weeks after that. 14 weeks to get your car in (over 3 months)? Ridiculous. If your insurance tells you to come here, insist on anywhere else.

The people at Car Star have been so professional and kind. They are thorough in explaining how things work which has been helpful in making things smooth. The shop itself is beautiful and well kept.I was also able to receive wonderful help from Dylan. I needed a specific adaptor for my tire wrench and he helped me find the exact ones I needed. He tried different parts and tested the pieces, explained the difference between what I had and what I needed. I appreciate the time he took to help me out.

They didn't put my back up wheel back in the slot. Just left it in the trunk, other then that, they were great, great service, picks up calls.
