Excellent, excellent service. Very fair, quick, and honest. I waited days for a different place to fix my unresponsive iPhone screen, but found out about One Bite and took it there instead. There is just no comparing One Bite to the 'other guys'—the cost of screen repair was going to be $140 cheaper.Turned out to be just a connector issue and they were honest about that. Got it fixed within the hour since they give phones priority, and even with a full screen replacement it would have only taken a smidge longer. It was such a great experience, I secretly hope I break it again so I can go back.

Unbelievably knowledgeable staff. Reasonably priced services and available for follow up if needed. And they are very patient with technologically challenged seniors! They also have a great inventory of new and refurbished equipment. Highly recommend them. They even have a service whereby they come into your home and get you set up properly! Our go to for everything computer related!

I have always experienced stellar customer service, honest and prompt communication, quality professional work, and very reasonable prices from One Bite Technology.Just recently they took it to another level.The other day I brought in an old iPhone to see if it could be repaired. It would have been entirely reasonable for them to charge me the agreed upon fee for diagnostic work. Nevertheless, they kindly waived the fee when they discovered quickly that the phone was irreparably damaged.Highly recommended!

This was my second dealings with staff at One Bite Technology. My first experience was meeting Jeff at the Trade Show in St. Albert. I asked many questions and he was able to answer them. He made me feel at ease as well. He gave me a verbal quote at the trade show as well. When I took my laptop in for servicing they said it would cost me considerable more than Jeff had quoted. I questioned this and they verified that their prices had just gone up but would honour the quote Jeff had provided. My laptop appears to be working faster than it did before. I would definite take the laptop in again if need be and would recommend them to my family and friends. All of the staff were very personable as well.

I was very happy to find that One Bite in St. Albert could fix my apple iPad after having taken it to West Edmonton Mall Apple store and being told that All I could do was to keep turning it on to use up the battery. They only were interested in selling me a replacement! Good to know this place is so much more accessible!

Staff was INCREDIBLY patient, kind and helpful! Especially to the other customers I saw in the store who were senior and maybe less experienced with technology. Staff also rushed outsized to help said senior with the step… service was quick and affordable! I will be a repeat customer for sure!!

Sending a Shout Out Jeff!I brought in a dead laptop, and he managed to save all my files and photos etc. It's been 5 years, and I thought I lost everything.It was great getting everything back and finding all the memories... I highly recommend Jeff and his Team at One Bite Technology ! They went above and beyond, pricing was reasonable and the service was great!. :)
