Vitaly did an awesome job. He helped me install a built-in fridge and freezer meticulously but without any issue. He definitely knows what he does and pays all the attention to the job so never fails to impress. He is the go to person I would say for whoever needs the service.

My Fridge has been making noise for the last week I thought for sure we would have to buy a new fridge. I called Ideal Fix this morning and within a few hours I had a service guy at my house repairing the issue. Exceptional work. I had 2 others come in to help fix our fridge and after paying an arm and a leg didn’t provided any solution. Vitaly was very helpful. When in need of appliance service or repairs, call Ideal Fix! It’s a local small business who are extremely prompt, reliable, and provides great service reasonable prices. They are extremely knowledgeable on different brands and provide good advice. I was waiting for over a year for a stove part that I was repeatedly told by another repair shop was on back order from Kitchen Aid and Ideal found the part locally and repaired my stove all within 24 hours.

I had an issue with my refrigerator. It stopped working. Once I discovered the problem I called Ideal Fix appliance and spoke to Vitaly. It was about 9pm at night. After discussing possible causes for the issue, Vitaly agreed to come by and have a look. He was at my door no more than 30 minutes after I called, at about 9:30. He then spent the next hour attempting to diagnose the issue. Vitaly felt it was one of two parts causing the issue. First thing the next morning he texted me with prices for each part, after contacting his distributor.He took the time to explain the options very clearly, and was always very quick to respond to any questions. 10 out of 10 customer service.Overall a great experience from start to finish with Vitaly. I would definitely recommend.
