Market Street Apartments

Lived there for a long time. Only reason I moved was for work. Staff was great and the building was clean. As far as the 1 star reviews. I think they forgot to post the real reasons for moving. I would recommend this building to anyone that wants to live in the core.

Staying here with my GF for past.month as i go thru hospital procedures,i have never seen a apt.building go downhill.so fast.As they boast about security.,a.security lock has beenbroken in underground parking for 2.months even tjough management has been told.Many complaints about garbage all over,garbage rooms on all.floors are.disgusting.Managers are out more they are in building.All you ever see is cleaning bucket.and vaxumn xleaner in lobby every day to make look they are cleaning building.If ypu call property manager regarding complaints,his answer is to say if you don.t like it than move.This is very unproffesional.I think if this is the best the property manager xan do,he himself should be replaced.Listening to many tennts here they all agree.I think higher management,not current property manager should investigate.I would never recommend Realstar.

Every building in Hamilton, including the newest ones, has issues. What matters most is having the right management around to deal with it. To that end, Anna and Shaun are unbeatable. They helped us get started and accommodated so many of our needs. They've solved a ton of problems that weren't, even remotely, their responsibility (like helping me wall-mount my first TV, dealing with packages etc...). I've literally had Shaun show up at my door to solve a problem within 1 minute of sending an email. On top of all that, they're just great people to interact with, and I can't thank them enough.Realstar (the company that owns the building) owes these 2, big time.

I have lived here for just over two years and I have never had any issues with management. They consistently go above and beyond when we need assistance and always try to make us feel welcome. Any building over 20 years old is going need maintenance and management is always working damn hard to do it. Really love living here!

I have lived here now 4 years. We have a great staff working here who keeps this place well maintained and clean. I would recommend this place to anyone to live. Keep up the good work

I have lived at 111 Market St for two years. Some of these reviews are unfair for the building and the supers not to mention the readers who miss out on living here.There are workers at the property everyother day fixing things the supers cannot. If you report an issue it gets fixes within 48 hours unless they need to call someone in like they did with my apt(it's explained in the lease booklet).They also had pest control come and do the full building last year for preventative reaseons although I have never seen any bugs but I'm a clean freak.I use the gym twice a week and it's always clean and working properly. Although there was an issue with the Wi-Fi earlier this year but it was fixed in about a week.There was a lot of issue with the elevators during the winter that was fixed and there has been a note up since saying that they are being replaced this year.I have spoken to some other people while doing laundry and generally have heard the same thing as I am saying. A few ladies have lived here for more then 15 years and said the building had never been as nice as it have been for the 2 years. And if they have lived here that long, if think there would be a good reason they haven't moved.The management is very nice and eager to help. They also have had a company come last summer to host a big bbq and then booked the resturant down the street for Christmas.So again, some of these people writing reviews should be more honest as to why they had a bad experience because living here has been great and I don't plan on moving for a long time.

Lived at this location for over a year. Management has been great. Our stove and dishwasher broke at different times and were replaced in a timely manner. Any issues that we have had within the apartment have also been remedied quite quickly including a number of sink plumbing issues that was of no fault of the management. They are also very personable and take an interest in the residents' lives. Very well run!

Lived here for just over a year and have never had any issues which is rare for Hamilton. Clean and well maintained. Will be renewing my lease.
