Leonard is a very honest person & always makes time for any of my car's service needs. Last time I tried to take my car in for issues with my air conditioner, he reminded me that my car has an extended warranty for it due to faulty condenser leaks.

Engine was stalling and Leonard found the cause and fix in the lowest price possible. Didn't even charge for a diagnosis. I was back to normal within 2 hours of the fixDef worth coming back thanks team!!!!

They somehow managed to charge a shipment to my fedex account and now i'm on the hook for ~200CAD of duties/taxes.It was delivered to them, so i didn't even get the part. I wasn't expecting or wanting the part, but at least i could sell it or use it instead of watching my money disappear. Even selling it as 50kg of scrap is better than nothing.Garbage business.reading reviews, looks like some guy works here with the same name as me. get your own fedex account.

I have two vehicles that I take to Leonard's shop for any and all maintenance. I have dealt with him for years, and trust his advice. He never tries to recommend any service that is not required ( and if you suggest something that he believes is not necessary, he will tell you so).If you are looking for an honest mechanic, you need look no further.

My wife and daughter went to get my daughters car fixed. Got all the necessary parts and booked an appointment. When they got there an old bald man who answered the phone met them and started to look at the car. Moments later nothing but complaints and personal opinions stated coming out of this guys mouth. He said it’s not worth fixing, too expensive to repair, sell it to someone as a project car…he didn’t even put it up yet and all he said was negative. He quoted $1500 and said it was expensive. I told my wife I didn’t care how much just get it fixed. He then proceeded to look under and then said I can’t do it. Too much work. I don’t understand. Is it because he was speaking to 2 women and thought they didn’t know what was going on? I was going to pay him whatever he quoted. They never asked for discounts or favours. This shop will only deal with easy fixes and charge you a lot for it. If they come across actual mechanical work they are afraid of it. If you have a nice vehicle it’s easy money for them to fix. Don’t go here if you have actual mechanical work to be done.

Excellent service and price. I couldn't be happier. One of my friend refers me to this place. I was a bit skeptical initially as I saw some bad reviews online. After talking to Leonard, he is actually a down-to-earth guy. He doesn't sugarcoat or hide anything. He would just say anything straight and upfront. You may not like his tone but I don't mind; I just want to get my car fixed and hear the facts.Here is my experience:I took my car in on Sat morning around 9:30am for brake service. When I arrived no one was there, so I rang the bell on the table. Within 1-2 min, Leonard came out. He looked at my car and pointed out that the rotor is also in bad shape. He explained to me what a good rotor should look like by referencing other cars close by. We went back inside and I asked him lots of questions regarding which brake pad and rotor should I buy. He patiently explained everything to me and how car markers actually get the brake pads / rotors from companies like, Textar, Zimmerman, Pagid etc.I went with Textar at the end. He said it takes time to order the parts and ask me to come back at 11am. When I came back, all the parts were already on the table for me to inspect. I enjoyed checking the parts as I know exactly what are being installed to my car. Within 10-15min, they started servicing my car. I got my car back before 12pm. That was pretty fast. Leonard assured me that if there is anything wrong, just come back. So far so good, stopping is smooth and I didn't hear any noise from the brake. I will see how it holds up in couple months.(Just want to add one last thing: throughout my conversation with Leonard, we got interrupted couple time as he had to answer calls / return car to other customers; he would just ask me to please wait, the interruptions were quick and then we just resume after.)I would definitely return to this shop and I highly recommend anyone to give this shop a try and make your own judgement.

My family and I have been going to MS Auto for over 15 years and never had a bad experience. Leonard has earned my trust over the years and he is the first person I go to if I have any problems with any of my cars. His rates are reasonable and the service is quick. He's very straight forward with the mechanical issues and just fixes what I've asked.They also do auto modifications but I have never gone to him for that since I just keep my cars pretty basic.There's a parking lot out front with a waiting room inside. The shop is close to a mall and restaurants if you want to do something while you wait for your car.Ultimately, having a great mechanic that I can trust is like gold, and I trust Leonard.
