After much research decided to go with Kempenfelt to replace my Garage door, garage door opener, front door, garage entry door, cut out my back slide door/window/wall and replaced it with a 12’ slider. This is the company to use for your windows and doors. We have used them 3 times (windows and sliding glass door replacement). They may not be the cheapest, but they are without a doubt the best. From your sales consultation (Mark), to the measurement to the install (Rory and his team). The high level of knowledge and professionalism is second to none. When their done work, they wipe down and vacuum everything.Even the Office staff are amazing. When scheduling the install, Andrea was patient and worked with us when we had to reschedule/move our original install date. No fuss, no attitude, just Professional!25yr “bumper to bumper” warranty!! Even on the caulking!!When we need to replace windows/doors again, Kempenfelt will be the only company we call.

Great experience and would highly recommend! Ali was wonderful and took the time to explain and show me all of our options. He made some excellent recommendations. The price was comparable to others even with some upgrades added. It took slightly longer to receive them than anticipated, but Kempenfelt was super flexible and accommodating when it came to scheduling installation.
