Easyday Rent-A-Car

Ravi (the only guy giving this place 5 starts) rented me a terrible car. I mean bad to the point where it said damage on vehicle and they literally wrote all over" on the sheet. There were no air bags and the break lights did not work. This I realized when I was out of town. As most people leave town when they rent a car... I was surprised that I was told I needed to get the oil change done on the car or I would not be able to complete my rental term. The car made odd noises and broke down while I was out of town. They refused to give me a replacement vehicle and suggested I even drive the car back to them.... when the car wouldn't even start and I was four hours away.... :/ They ended up towing the car and not retuning my money. Instead now two months later they charge me $500.00 for NO REASON! When I requested to have the money returned to me they dogged my calls. Please don't go here. I'm not even sure how u can charge me what ever u like without my consent. This place is a scam. I am calling my credit card company and reporting them to the better business bureau. Nothing easy about this rental. More like I'm gonna S**t on you rental."

Not sure where all the hate is coming from. Got into an accident a while back, needed a rental and wound up with a car from Easyday just because it happened to be around the corner from my auto body shop. I ended up needing the rental for over a month and Ravi was more than accommodating, worked with my insurance company and only charged me for two days once my coverage ran out.I had a positive experience and I’m no shill, so take what you will from my review.

An absolutely horrible experience!The owner basically gave me a wrecked car and when I very politely complained he started shouting at me saying we don't give cars to inexperienced drivers.They saw my license. I didn't commit a fraud.Moreover the headlights and the viper didn't work. They put the blame on me suggesting I should've checked this all in daylight when the sun was bright. Not sure how I could've checked it.I returned the car with extra fuel since I couldn't drive the car anymore because of its condition. When I asked for a refund the employee harassed me and when I tried to contact the owner he ended up blocking me.Just don't get your cars from them.

I was in a car accident in the beginning of November in Mississauga. I was going to visit a friend. I am not from Mississauga or familiar with the area. This was my first accident and I was shaken as my car is probably going to be a write off. I was not sure on the procedure of insurance and how to proceed. I was so shaken that I could not drive so he graciously offered to drive me to my friends place. I cannot attain to others experiences, only to my own but Ravi was very helpful and advised me on what was going to happen with insurance. Ravi made this process easier for me. I knew what to expect and answered any questions I had during the process. I am extremely grateful for his help! Great Guy!

Ravi arrived with the rental vehicle shortly after the accident.. Since I found the original vehicle provided too large to drive, Ravi easily accommodated switching the car to a smaller vehicle. I returned the car today and he drove me home. Great customer service. Thank you

Stay away from this company. Un-courteous and rude. For them perhaps arguing is the best policy. Accused me of returning the car with less fuel although it was more than what I was given at the time. Charged me more after a month or so! saying that I got a speeding ticket. No solid proof was given to me and didn’t ask me for any authorisation before taking the money out of my card.They are not the cheapest either so save yourself any future hassle and go to a reputable car hire such as Enterprise etc.

Worst place I ever rented a car from, the car smelled like cigarettes & barely any gas in the car to get me to a gas station.Also he charged me a fee without even sending me an invoice or informing me in anyway. I called to ask what the fee was for and he wouldn’t give me a straight answer then hung up.There’s only one person that works for this place & they will take your credit card info down on old school paper method. So he can access your cards anytime.

Amazing prices, and all the staff are very flexible and understanding. I received great customer service. I will definitely be return back here for all my rentals needs. This place deserves a 5 star.

AVOID! Spare yourself some stress. They gave us a defective unit - broken gas indicator, wiper that doesn’t turn off, and a defective seatbelt in one of the seats. These were not obvious when they turned over the car to you. They were not honest about it. Because why would someone agree to rent a car with defective seat belt? Major safety issue! We almost did not push through with our 7-hour road trip. Super stress!

Horrible. Within minutes of driving away with the rental I realized it reeked of cigarette smoke. Then realized brakes were no good. Called to ask to switch the car and was told they had no cars and to call back the next day. They stopped answering my calls.Soon after engine light came on and check stabilizer track message. On the way back to return the rental early because of the issues the wiper blade fell off in heavy rain. I told Ravi that he shouldn’t rent this car its not safe he said he had “no options”. Stay away
