Super helpful and nice customer service!I went there for the first time to open saving account and I dealt with Natalie as well as the branch manager (unfortunately I forgot her name). I pleasantly surprised by the service they provided, especially with the branch manager who professionally was trying to do her best, not only for me, of course for all the costumers. They both took care of my request to do it as soon as possible. I really do appreciate their kind assist.

The absolute worst customer service. Received a letter saying I needed to contact the branch to discuss certain things, and had to do so within 30 days of receiving it. I have been trying for over a month and have yet to get a call back. I am in no capacity to go to the branch because of conflicting work hours. I left multiple messages with name and number and did not ONCE get a call back. After years of bad service, this came and solidified NBC’s reputation. Cannot wait to completely close down my bank account and open with a different bank. Do not recommend this specific branch whatsoever.

Since I was in Laval for a couple of months for the work purposes, I went there to open a bank account as we didn't have any NBC branches in town (Kingston, ON). So, after several questions and filling many forms etc., they kept asking why I'm not opening an account in Ontario and while I was telling them that we don't have any branches close by, but they told me it's better to open a bank account in Ontario and not in Quebec! So, they gave me an appointment but they called me a couple of days later and told me that the branch manager wasn't convinced and since I'm not the local resident they refused to open an account for me!That's insane. Not happy with their services and not recommend this branch!I felt that I'm living in 90's that you have o buy your stuff from the corner store in your street! Wow, that's insane!!!

3 semaines et toujours aucune carte de débit. Ne perdez pas votre carte si vous déménagez!!!J'ai perdu ma carte débit donc je me rend en succursale pour en avoir une nouvelle. Au comptoir, on me dit que j'ai besoin d'un code qu'on me donne par téléphone pour qu'on puisse me donner une nouvelle carte de débit. Je n'ai pas le temps alors ça ira à la semaine prochaine. Quand j'appelle on ne me donne pas de code et on me dit de me présenter en succursale. J'y retourne la semaine prochaine, la même personne me sert et me dit que j'ai besoin d'un code. Je lui dit qu'ils ne m'ont pas donner de code. Elle m'offre de les appeler et de me rappeler pour venir chercher ma carte. Troisième semaine, je ne me suis toujours pas fait rappeler, donc j'appelle le service pour avoir ce fameux code, on me dit que je n'ai pas besoin de code pur avoir une nouvelle carte de débit, je me présente donc en succursale. Cette fois si on m'envoi à un différent comptoir? les employés ne comprennent pas pourquoi on m'a dit que j'ai besoin d'un code. Bon signe peut-être? après avoir attendu je me fait dire qu'ils ne peuvent pas remplacer ma carte de débit et que je dois me présenter à la banque ou j'ai ouvert mon compte. Une chance que je n'ai pas déménager en Colombie-Britannique. Incompétence et paresse, c'est se qui vous attend à cette succursale!Mon compte est gelé depuis deux semaines, ma carte de crédit presque pleine. Le pire service que j'ai de ma vie. Restez loin de cette succursale si vous voulez économiser du temps. Il y a toujours les guichets.

After several attempts to reach someone by phone at this branch I ended up showing up in person and was pleasantly surprised by the service I received. I think the real problem is the lack of staff. They really do try to do their best.

Worst banking branch to exist in the city.All the employees are bad... but if his name is Julien then run the other way - Also in response to what Banque National wrote under my review, I would contact you through facebook messenger if you gave me more specifics, I have no clue if the branch has a page... but I am your client, you have my number, just call me if you cared, you are making my point.
