I ordered on a Friday at 4:40 for a 6:30 delivery. As it hadn’t arrived by 7 pm I called to make sure that the order had not been misplaced and was told that my order had just been completed and it was on its way. They apologized and said they were extremely busy. Ok I understand. It took another 30 minutes to deliver it and it arrived at 7:30. All told an hour late and barely warm on delivery. UPDATE- ordered on Saturday night. Delivered on time and hot!!! upgraded from one to five stars! Delicious!

Horrible pizza, I asked for extra sauce. Both pizzas had very little sauce. I called them & they have absolutely no customer service skills. Claimed I didn't order extra sauce. Girl who answered the phone got my order wrong & they are not willing to make it right. The young lady who claimed to be the assistant manager was extremely rude & hung up on me. Offered a free pizza for next time. Not gonna be a next time!!!! I called their head office & the lady I spoke with was very pleasant. She had my order redone, however the assistant manager made sure that my new pizzas are a hot mess of way too much sauce. The pizzas are just big wads of soggy, wet dough. I have been a customer since 1996, but no longer. The assistant manager lost my business in about 20 seconds. I certainly hope her resume is up to date!!

One of the best pizza places around to offer vegan options! Not only do they offer dairy free cheese but also 2 meat alternatives as well! Pretty amazing for a small town pizza place to offer these!! Staff is super chill and pizza is made well and promptly! 5 stars!

New orleans pizza is great, they closed in my home town, when i go on trips 3-4 hours away i always stop to get a large pizza.

The pizza here was surprisingly amazing! I had new orleans before at other locations and it was okay, but I really enjoy this location’s pizza and chicken. The I ordered pizza had lots of toppings and was cooked perfectly. I especially love their garlic butter sauce.
