Mary Brown's Chicken
Tried this location after trying the one in Merritt a few months back. Served quickly by a very friendly service person named Dino. Food was prepared fairly quickly. Tasty chicken strips - the coating was almost too crispy, but the chicken inside was still tender. Will be back to try something else soon.

Not one customer in the shop. Went in to get lunch but was rudely refused service because I had my pedal bike with me. There were no bike racks provided to tie up to outside. Have heard it is good, this was to be my first time... Given the interaction I'd sooner starve than buy a meal here.

My daughter in law order online and she pick it up. I’m not Impressed the chicken was full of bread flour, no meat and too dry, first time to eat the white meat part of the chicken that the neck was include, all I’m eating was the coated bread flour and the bones of the breast. All I’m saying we are paying for the price you ask but your chicken was not good enough.Needs to bring back the quality taste of your chicken before

Found chicken very dry and over cooked. Phoned and was asked to return, which we did as well as the rest of the meal. Fresh chicken was given, however the rest of our meal was not. We asked what happened to it( fries gravy and salad). They returned the now cold fries and cold gravy. Not really impressed.

We ordered the chicken fingers which were fine but there was barely any fries which was okay because that were under cooked and not fit to eat. I received 22 French fries ... seriously?After leaving this review I was asked to email them, I did and never received an answer back. Poor customer service ...lol wow

Awesome chicken ,not to spicy ,good for sensitive stomach meal,we love the juicy good chicken, taters dipping in gravy the biscuits are a must ,we bought both the macaroni and coleslaw,what a great meal,family satisfaction .

We spent over $100 on food forour family while trying to make funeral arrangements. I arrived home to discover quite a bit missing from the order i tried calling back to have them rectify the errors and their manager hung up on me. I went into the location and was met with dismissiveness, excuses and treated with total disregard. I was told by the manager “ lots of people spend lots of money here” and told me they comp’d nothing and did not give coupons for screw ups. After some pressure she offered me an upgraded pop, then some free fries and finally after a bit more discussion about poor customer service she gave me 6 chicken strips for a group of 6 people and 0 dipping sauce. I will still be contacting head office. Brutal!
