Extremely rude unprofessional service. We live an hour out of town. It was almost 10 minutes to closing time and we needed help finding a kids potty quickly. When we asked an employee we were told multiple times by him to just leave and come back another day when the store wasn't closed and that we should just glue up the old potty we had as he was CLEARLY too busy to spend 1 minute to show us where they were. Now we have to make do with the old one we have. Wish I had got his name. Definitely would be reporting!

Worst customer service at self checkout. Employees are looking at uh like you are a thief. Keep bugging you that you can't use or use that. Especially these indian girls. They are extremely rude and will do their best to ruin your day with their pathetic depressing attitude. If you don't like your job, just leave. Don't ruin other people's day.No hate for any race, just don't like people with depressing attitude.My advice: Go to Sobeys or Superstore. Much better staff

Calling Walmart for any support will get you lost into their phone vortex. Each time the call gets disconnected as the pt me on hold". Or I get tansfered to another customer who is also waiting to be served through telephone.My phone had been stolen infront of a register and yet the cashier had no idea

Not great for stocking baby items. And a very messy parking lot. People shoving carts everywhere, taking up 30+ parking spots.

I love this Walmart. Aisles are easy to navigate, they have sectioned off areas for clearance. Although some staff aren't helpful for finding things, there's usually a supervisor easy to find that can help. Stock is replaced quickly. Lots of self checkout spots making check out fast and easy. Affordable toys sold here.

Lady at customer service purposely hides here name tag so she can be rude to customers. Worst customer service ever! There were only 2 self checkout counters available and 7 employees were just standing there and did not bother to help us. All the other counters were closed and I had literally 3 items and they didn’t not bother to open up another counter while others one in use and kept looking at me as if I was going to steal. Also, the store hour says it closes at 11 but they closed at 10PM. None of the employer was friendly or helpful!

I have never been so disgusted in customer service with any store I have ever shopped at in 50 years. You sit on the phone forever waiting for customer service to answer the phone to begin with and then they get rude and hang up when you ask to speak to the manager. The Brandon store is under water and the staff are as rude as i have ever seen. They have no idea if they have the product you are looking for and refuse to check for it instead they walk away to go chat with their friends and leave you standing in the store with no help. I for one will be encouraging all my friends to boycott this store.

i tried purchasing some sandals yesterday, there was no barcode but a tag was on them and i notified the employee that i wanted to buy them, she told me I have to go back and find a tag for it otherwise she won't sell them to me.?? i'm sorry but i don't work at walmart, i don't have the time to go price checking or making sure tags are correct. She really offered no help and just laughed at me when i said i don't have time to go back and do that, as i'm literally paying. This once happened with a shirt before and the male worker just typed in the item and it manually came on the screen.
