Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I rent from this location often for work and I've never had a bad experience. Staff are always friendly and willing to help out if needed. Cars are clean and service is quick.

The local Ford dealer arranged a rental for me while I waited for them to clean a pre-arranged vehicle Ford escape, which is a little small for me while waiting I watched the demeanor of the person behind the counter with the next customer. He was very rude and unaccommodating to that customer as well for somebody in customer service. I think he’s got the wrong job and I’d rather walk to my destinations then to rent from a person like that very dissatisfied would not recommend this location.

If the car gets damaged, they send jt to their price gouging mechanic friends who overbill, beware!The manager even bragged about how they send multiple cars to this mechanic weekly so now i know how they make their money

Amazing staff, clean and bright place. Called in to get a rental and spoke to Brad. Very professional, respectful and friendly, he explained to me the terms and policy well. when asked questions, he was always polite when answering and understanding. They do not limit the (KM) Kilo meters used during rental comparing to other Enterprise dealers in the same city. By far this is the best dealer to deal with they give their best in terms of customer satisfaction. I ended up renting an SUV for four weeks, loved it and enjoyed the service I got from Brad and the staff.

Never had this problem at any other location but this location is over billing for the time we didn’t have the vehicle.

Moe Assali is an absolute pleasure to work with he is very professional and always willing to help. Despite computer slowdown and a very busy schedule he managed to see to it that I had all my rental needs fulfilled and that I was fully satisfied. I will be definitely renting with him again in the future. I am very satisfied with the service I received with him and the enterprise team at the provincial and airport locations.

They fully booked even though it’s showing that they have availability in there website so call before you go

I had one of my vehicle broken into and went through insurance for the repairs and needed a vehicle allstate arranged one with enterprise on Techumseh rd east. at first they could not find a rental for us then they found one but a smaller class car no problem thank you then I was told we can switch upu into a bigger vehicle as soon as one comes avaiable ok thank you the. called me on June 22 saying we jave one and guaranteed on June 24 next day after work as well I asked can I have it at the provincial location I was told sure since they could not pick ip and swap with me at my work place then I go at provincial location and was told sorry we have no more rentals and we know nothing about it. and that is your problem with techumseh rd east. I am upset for wasting my time and as well see some one else pick a vehicle choice. Iam looking for a resolution if possible.
