Worst business ever.Believe me Don’t order anything from them BCUZ they will send you something else! way different than the pictures in their website they choose for u! what ever chocolate item they have in stock and they put it in your basket, and they DONT replace or return, like what happened with me.

The basket was beautiful and full of many delicious items, my family loved it. Delivered on time and safely. Would recommend.

I had sent a super cute gift basket to a friend for her birthday...but she said she never received it. After several phone calls we could see that it had been delivered to an incorrect address. After a few calls to the company and a little bit of a run around, Victoria Haselton quickly resent the basket to my friend correcting the error immediately and without hesitation! I truly appreciated her help in this matter. I know my friend loved her gift and raved about how cute it was! I will be using Gourmet Gift Baskets again!

I have ordered and received many different gift baskets from Gourmet Gift Basket Store and I recommend them for any occasion. The service is excellent. The baskets are always full of delicious and unique treats!

I needed a same day cake delivery and Monica helped me out. It was a birthday cake for my grandson and I wanted it to arrive on the day that he was born. I was told that the cake was delicious and that my son and daughter-in-law became a great hit with the staff when they shared the cake :)

I had spent over an hour searching for the perfect “cheese” basket for my dads 65th birthday. I had purchased the apple chutney and cheese basket. I was very pleased with the items that were to come in it. Of course, not all items were available. Understandable. I had contacted the company to let them know of my disappointment. She explained everything about items etc. Cheese replaced for cheese, meat for meat. However items that were substituted are not enjoyed by this individual. And I understand that they cannot contact everyone with unavailable items. However maybe they should list substitutions there so you are not shocked with what they put in your basket. For the $95 paid, I would never purchase something from here again. The whole point was to have a nice surprise. I’m very unhappy with the size, and value of this basket. I should have just gone to the grocery store as I planned and purchased full size valuable products. I could have put together a very nice basket for $95 and delivered it myself had I not had a newborn baby at home and a toddler. Please do your research and read the fine print. It’s definitely not worth the price.Sorry. I did not include the photos of the two cheeses (about the size of a toonie) and the pate and the other Asiago spread. All of which are micro stocking stuffers. And also noted I paid $95.99 with a $5 off coupon. I would like to hope for the sample basket that the shipping was included. The basket also measures 10X7X3.5. Also would like to add an expired chocolate bar to this review.I also just opened up this “Asiago garlic” spread. It’s orange first off and smells like cheese whiz. I would have been better off throwing a $100 bill out the window. Because that’s where this whole gift basket went. Absolutely disgusting!Regardless of what’s “missing” from this photo, I did list the other samples that came with this basket. You sent me expired chocolate and bad cheese! The health department should maybe pay your location a visit as I’m sure it’s not up to Canada’s health standards! Folks, go to the grocery store and put together your own baskets! It’s not worth the price and expired samples. This basket was the worst thing I’ve ever purchased from a small business! PS, you can buy a 6 pack of the smoked cheese they put in the basket at Metro! And you can buy a few packs for what they charge you for two!
