Budget Car Rental

So one Tuesday afternoon I was looking to rent a vehicle a fast vehicle to be specific so I came to this establishment and ask them do you guys have any fast vehicles they assured me that they had a lots of fast vehicles so they propose that they would rent me one of these ““ fast vehicles do you know and once I got the the vehicle and I I asked the guy asked is this a fast vehicle that you show me a new psych well you know why it’s not that quick you know this is this is a normal normal box truck you’re looking to rent and I told him I said I’m looking for a faster vehicle buddy.

WRONGFULLY CHARGED - My experience was extremely poor with Budget. I booked a car from 05th April to 08th April. On 08th April morning, we were discussing whether to increase the trip or not and wanted to check the price. On giving a call to the store I was told the total cost will be extra 260 dollars if I return the car on 11th April. I returned the car on 11th morning around 10.30 and while returning the car, I was told my total extra cost is 480 Dollars. The person gave me bogus justification for the same. I have called the customer care twice and they have given nothing but given justifications and given me 80 dollars refund. What will I do of that 80 dollars when my whole budget of my trip has gone for a toss. I would have made an international trip in that amount of money. It is extremely disappointing and I will never recommend Budget to any friend of mine. There are tons of hidden costs and they don't value the word given to the customer.

You can forget about calling and trying to reserve a vehicle, it simply won't happen. As a matter of fact, I don't know how you would realistically go about renting a car from this place. Calling doesn't work, and walking in will get you a F off" attitude.They simply don't give a ..... about you or your business and their rudeness shows it clearly.How this place is still in business is a mystery to me."

I have been renting cars and trucks for years at Budget and never have I been treated so poorly. I arrived at 8:10am to pick up a cube van for moving out of a condo. When I reserved the truck he said he needed it back the next morning by 8am. I asked if they had a drop box and he said no but he said I could park the van on the lot overnight and bring the keys the next morning. That was already inconvenient but ok because it is hard to find a spot to park a cube van overnight.The morning I picked up the car he told me I had to keep the van overnight because he had 21 cars coming in and couldn't fit the van too. I reminded him of what he told me and that I would have to park the car on the lot, and he suggested I find some parking garage or pay a ticket on the street. I told him that was not our verbal agreement and he started yelling at me to intimidate me. Then he says I should leave the truck if I don't like it. I was not intimidated by him so I yelled back and told him he should be a man of his word. He made it sound like it was my fault he doesn't have room for the truck.I left with the van and brought it back way before they closed so I didn't have to deal with the hassle. I will never use this Budget ever and I suggest you do not as well. Unbelievably rude. So uncharacteristic for Budget.

I rented a moving truck last minute and it was exactly as described, if maybe even more comfortable than I expected.The customer service I received was excellent. Two people working there on the Thanksgiving Weekend were friendly and knowledgable, and when we asked if there was a store nearby, offered us bottles of water.The insurance seemed expensive at $35/day still with a $2000 deductible. There are two spots across the street without parking restrictions and I used one to leave my car throughout the day.

Sandy was great over the phone and when I arrived the staff at the store went out of their way to find me a suitable car. They also ensured their prices matched the quote I'd provided with online at the time of reservation despite some minor changes with my booking. Thanks.

This Budget location at Yonge n Bloor has the worst service ,WATCH OUT FOR THE HIDDEN FEE'S. If you don't pay the bribes you won't get your reservation, be prepared not to get the advertised price at booking your reservation.

NEVER RENT A CAR HERE.The worst customer service I received in my life. They did a mistake on my receipt and gave me wrong information and when I returned the car they charged me twice while they provided me with the wrong pricing. When I complained the guy was very disrespectful and impolite. very aggressive and rude. he shouted at me and lied to me that his manager is in hospital and I cannot talk to them. He refused to give his name to me.I will never rent a car from them. I always had excellent experience from Enterprise people. They really respect their customers.

Jose is amazing…he is so kind and helped me in all ways possible when I needed a long term rental!Would never go anywhere else if I needed a rental again!!

I rented a car here for months and months. The car was good, but their customer service is despicable. I spent thousands of dollars with this branch and brought the car in so they can sell it (i have a company to run) and first he tried to say there's 10000 extra mileage(racked up in 2weeks!!) and wanted me to pay extra $1000.Eventually called a manager to correct it. Then when one of my cards didnt go through, the guy proceeded to insult me saying it's not his fault I dont have money and when I complained he told me I can go home without a car!! I have spent $8,000 in the last 6months here, paying this guys wages- He should be fired!! His name is Roc (Rob) Disgraceful
