The pizza at the north end location is fine, but pizza from the Fourth St location is better and more consistent. Since it’s a franchise I would expect there to be a standard for the amount of toppings and cook time, but most of the time when we order from this location it’s soggy and the plant-based Mediterranean only has a sprinkle of cheese. There’s no way someone ordering a pizza with regular cheese would put up with being gypped, so I’m not sure why it’s OK to do it to those ordering dairy-free.

We ordered online and scheduled next day delivery. The ordering process was easy and allowed me to customize toppings. The delivery person showed up right on time and did a contactless delivery. The pizza was hot and the thin crust was ultra-thin - just the way my family likes it. We all enjoyed the pizza. I recommend the Jerk Chicken Pizza (minus the peppers unless you like it spicier - the sauce already has some kick) and the New York Deli if you're a meat lover. Next time I'll try out their plant-based pizza as I hear that is good. They have gluten-free, dairy-free and vegan options available.

Quite disappointed with the minimal amount of cheese that was spread quite thin. I suppose I could have ordered extra cheese, but hard to justify additional costs on a $20 medium.The staff were awesome and really friendly

Very Good, Interesting Variety of Toppings to choose from. The staff is Friendly,Helpful and work as a team. The staff are cheerful and a little playful with eachother (within reason) and that happy attitude definitely carries over to the customers, Everyone in the restaurant was smiling and upbeat , even while waiting for their orders. Small storefront, with some seating but mostly for customers picking up orders.Definitely not a dine-in establishment.

Ordered through Skip. Arrived in decent time, but pizza was over cooked and dried out. Went throughSkip complaint process and was denied any relief. Ate 2 pieces, threw the rest out. There should be a reasonable dispute process in place for this type of incident, but there’s not. I will not be ordering Panago again through Skip.

Love the pizza its delicious! But if there is someone that lives in a trailer park or fork pathed residential area. They make you pick up near street entrance. Which is discrimination and hard for anyone handicapped

Used some of those coupons to get 3 medium pizzas, great choices, and it was great to actually see all the ingredients I ordered on top, fresh and lots of everything, so good value for money. And they were right on time
