West Edmonton Village

I recommend West Edmonton Village, friendly and kind people work here. We were very helped by Myra, who found us a nice apartment very quickly. The apartment is newly renovated, clean and very bright. Myra is very pleasant, we chose the apartment online, she was always in touch and helped us when we had quality difficulties. West Edmonton Village has a very cozy and beautiful area, a convenient location within walking distance of many shops, cafes, a bank, and a pharmacy. We are all very satisfied!!!

This is how I left my unit and they deducted $225 out of my $299 damage deposit! Tip for everyone forget your deposit.

I love living here I feel so safe all the time the staff are all so friendly! Go above and beyond I love the swimming pool and gym and everything is around this area!!! Highly recommend checking this place out never been happier! Maintenance is also so great and response quickly!

Wow what a great place to call home and the maintenance team here is amazing. Nick has been so helpful and went above and beyond to get everything fixed in a timely matter. They also keep the buildings very clean and secured. I love calling this place my home.

One of the worst apartment to live . Their customer service is bad with bad attitude all they care about is profit . They do not care about people living in the apartment . I complained about the person living above my apartment how they disturb with heavy noises . All they said was they have kids and there’s nothing they can do . They even said I should call security, which I have done severally in the past and absolutely nothing was done to that effect . One of them even suggested that I vacate the apartment . No solution was offered . They made me looked like I was an angry black woman for speaking up that I’m been disturbed. Paying that much money for an apartment you will think you get a good service . PLEASE DO NOT RENT HERE YOUR LIFE WILL BE A LIVING HELL .

With the addition of a cage around the garbage, we have been pleasantly surprised that the amount of foot traffic has stopped.Pool has been open quite a bit, albeit dirty from street shoes of the staff giving tours. Good gym, happy with Boardwalk but it took a while to get to this point.Maintenance staff are awesome, tending to issues in a timely manner.

Fast service to address my concerns. Super friendly staff, the staff are always helpful. The staff member that fixed my issues did a great job. Also the Landscaper were out today clearing snow( so cold) but they do such a great job on the sidewalks ... Thank you

Access was fine, location is great, staff not so much. Had an appointment, not a person had a clue who or why I was there. No smiles, no happy atmosphere, when I mentioned I had a bulldog/boxer/mix, was immediately told NO. Was not impressed at all with the staff at this location.
