I met Akshay Jaggi here, he helped me to convert my indian savings bank account to NRE/NRO Account. And was having good knowledge about products and services. I am very much satisfied with the service.

Visited ICICI Bank Canada Don Valley branch today. Even though the bank is originally from my home country, I visited for the first time based on a friend's suggestion. I was pleased by the service level and attentiveness of the staff. The bank puts customer first and was able to meet my banking needs by able to structure their suite of products and services. I am glad that I listened to my friend. Highly recommend!

The staffs are polite but not helpful at all. They politely decline all your requests and in no mood to work. I really don’t know what kind of customer service they’re doing.I had visited there for a query and resolving my Indian Icici bank account blocked status. Upon meeting a staff, he directed me to another staff. Later she took her own sweet time in answering, that tell me what I want from her side in this case ? Really , this kind of training you have got from the bank , you are asking a customer to suggest what help I’m looking here when the customer himself is clueless and have come there to get help.Not even out of curiosity or courtesy, she wanted to investigate the account blocked status issue and simply returned me saying she will check with colleague at india office and will see if she can help. I had to return empty handed.

I got excellent service from bank. I had some issues in my account. Akshay Jaggi tried his best to sort out my all account related problems. My account is working smooth now. He is excellent employee. Very good experience overall.
