We are a large wholesale company who relies on our Canon. We had issues with our printer and called Columbia Business to help with the problem. From start to finish through the process the knowledge and service of the sales and implementation team has exceeded all expectation. The sales team listened to my needs and identified the machine that would meet my requirements. They provided multiple pricing options for my review and consideration. The lead time was very reasonable (less than 4-weeks) given the supply chain issues effecting all industries currently. When the machine was received by CBS, the sales team delivered it and setup in my office the next day. The implementation technician set the unit up, provided an orientation, and ensured the complete functionality prior to leaving the office.
