Silverline Tattoo and Body Piercing

I came here with no appointment. I was helped by Evelyn and Beth (Beth was our piercer.). My friend and I each got piercings done by Beth. She was incredibly professional and friendly. Both Evelyn and Beth helped with my phobia of needles whilst I got my piercing. The service here is the best I have experienced at a piercing shop. I would recommend Beth to anyone as she goes above and beyond with her communication and customer service. My friend and I both had an amazing experience and it truly made our day. Thank you for the great care you guys showed us! ❤️

DONT GO THERE FOR PIERCINGI got 2 really big hypertrophic scars due to an metal allergie in my noses piercings and when I go to the shop to change them for a gold rings (the only metal Im not allergic too apparently) the piercer almost yelled at me that Its just irritated and when I try to explain to her my condition she refuse to help me. I had to go to another shop to make the change. Im really disappointed by the service I received & I recommend nobody to go there!!!!

I visited Silverline for my very first tattoo in mid April 2023. I was a bit nervous and my friend and I booked a last-minute, same day appointment to get small tattoos. Mine was very sentimental and small on my wrist and I wanted it to be perfect. We met Anny, one of the tattoo artists, and she was so kind and welcoming! I immediately felt very comfortable and she did a phenomenal job.In fact, she did such a good job that I booked a full mid-arm tattoo only a week later which I got done on May 2nd and 3rd. The entire process was 8 hours and jumping from a tiny wrist tattoo to a full arm tattoo was definitely scary. I had Anny as my tattooist again and once again she exceeded my expectations. She made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole process and was amazing to work with. Not to mention that the design she created was everything I was hoping for and more! I couldn’t be happier with my tattoos and I will definitely be returning for any more I get in the future! 11/10 service. Everyone is amazing and so kind!

Walked in yesterday and we got our tattoos done by Mathieu. Such an incredible experience. Math is truly amazing! Very nice, genuine guy and he took his time with everything. Our tattoos are perfect. Exactly what we had envisioned. We’ll be back for more! :)

My daughter and I were there on Mother's day to get matching tattoos. My artist was Anita and she is fabulous. I was so pleased with how it turned out. She is a lovely person to talk to and super professional and talented

We had a great experience a couple weeks ago getting walk-in piercings done by Beth! Everything healed beautifully and I appreciated the incredible attention to detail and confident hands :)I have also heard good things from a friend who has a couple tattoos from here, so all around 5 stars!

3 of us went in for ear piercings yesterday and had Beth as our piercer. She was so kind, professional, and so knowledgeable! One of our girls was getting pierced for the first time and Beth was incredibly patient with us, explained the whole process, and made sure we were understanding of aftercare. The cat stickers were a great touch. Thanks again!!

I got tattooed here in November 2020 and keep forgetting to leave a review. I do not remember who tattooed me, but it was a man whose logo is a spider.This was my first tattoo, I got 2 lines of text. I went into it not knowing how much tattoos should cost and since they knew it was my first tattoo they ripped me off. they charged me almost $300 for two lines of text, and I tipped $50 so it cost me about $350 in total.I was not allowed to bring anyone with me due to covid regulations, and since I was getting it on my back and was extremely nervous I couldn’t verify the placement well enough on my own. one line is much smaller than the other, and because it’s so small one word looks wrong (looks like lost, when it’s supposed to say lust). it’s also off centre and crooked. the other line is half faded, half dark so he didn’t apply proper pressure to one half. the tattoo took about 30 minutes, he completely rushed through it and they look horrible. i really hate them. it’s sad, because i wanted my first tattoo to be a good experience.The pamphlet they give you with aftercare instructions say they offer one FREE touch up with EVERY tattoo. my artist told me I would not get a free touch up because I chose red ink.Completely horrible service and a terrible experience. I’m really disgusted that they would rip off a university student for something that’s not even good. Would not recommend this place at all, especially if it is your first time !(don’t want to share photos because my tattoos are personal and i hate them)
