Richi Collection

We bought a sectional from Richi Collection a few months ago. When we bought it, we were told that their furniture comes with 1 year structural warranty if something happens to the furniture within a year they will send someone to fix it.We did not know that the furniture quality is so bad that it would break within months. The arm structure of the sectional broke within two months. Since then we have been contacting them to get it fixed with no success at all. When we contact Sonia (owner of the business), she says contact Aaron, and when we contact Aaron, he says contact Sonia. They have been fooling us for months.Today when we contacted Richi Collection again we had a talk with Ravi (also owner of the business), who told us that Sonia and Aaron are not available. When we discussed the issue with him and asked him whether they would send someone to fix the problem, he said NO" they don't do that and suggested us to find someone from Kijiji to have it fixed.Feeling so frustrated. I wish I could give Zero star for being ripped off."

I have to admit shopping online can be tough but we had the BEST experience with Richie Furniture. We had been looking for the perfect sectional for our living room. The “Emma” sectional was featured on Facebook but rather than go to the store to look at it I inundated Aaron from the south side location, he very patiently answered all questions. Sent me all dimensions of each piece so I could be sure it would be a fit. Once I determined it would he passed me over to Steve on the west end. They checked in to confirm a time we could go see the sectional. We had originally planned to pick up from the south side but ending up having it delivered. When I advised Aaron he immediately went to work again, setting up the delivery and followed up to make sure everything was delivered and that we were happy with the purchase! The customer service from these 2 gentlemen was top notch. I highly recommend Richie Furniture for any upcoming home furniture needs. I know I’ll be using them again. Absolutely ZERO sales pitches or pressure. Thank you Aaron and Steve!

It was a fun and wonderful experience doing business with them. Furnitures are all pretty. I got mine which i really love. But i have one little suggestion regarding the instruction letter specifically the rocky black set of sofa that i bought it would be more helpful if it is attached where you can easily see it not where its zipped inside hiding including the backs and legs of it. Overall it was great!

First off let me start by saying I worked here for one winter season. And the things I saw in those few months would make me never want to buy anything from these guys.The quality of furniture stinksSo many items out of box , broken or missing itemsNo warranty but hey if you don't ask , they won't tell ya until your trying to return something and they say noAvoid this company, is my recommendation

We bought a couch at their new Southside location and have nothing but positive things to say. The price was awesome and quality excellent. Most wholesale places sell garbage, Richi sells quality furniture.Zero pressure from the guys working. They let us walk around without worry, but always there if we needed help. Will definitely return in future. Highly recommended!

DON’T BUY OR PUT A DEPOSIT! SCAM!!! Absolutely dishonest sales staff who convinced us to leave a deposit as we were about to walk out, to “think it over” as the sofa wasn’t exactly the size we were hoping for and they were sold out of additional modular pieces. His words exactly “throw $100 at it and think it over through the weekend and on Monday if you still don’t think it will fit I’ll refund you in full”… I asked 3 times to assure It was a refundable deposit! When we returned 2 days later (Monday) to collect our deposit after a second measurement the sales person had wrapped it up in plastic (not on our request) and was very confrontational about that being the reason they weren’t going to return our deposit (I didn’t at any point ask for this or express urgency in wanting to purchase the sofa in fact we were apprehensive). When trying to explain my position a person I’d never even dealt with decided that was the day he was going to be aggressive and entirely unprofessional over $100 and blame and shame us for wasting their time! I’ve worked in home sales for almost a decade and anyone who leaves a $1500 deposit on a new home has a week or two to decide with full refund! Car sales is the same. And this is what we were reassured. Richie staff are liars. What a smarmy company. If you are so desperate to resort to hustling professional people out of $100 and lose a customer for life over it I can only imagine the trash quality of their furniture!

Sonia was very helpful right from the start. We were not able to visit their showroom and she was very prompt with sending photos of the couch we were interested in. We had our beautiful couch delivered within days of first inquiring about it! We will sure be looking to buy more furniture from them in the future.

This furniture quality is very very bad.if you prefer to go this stor better you can visit Dollar store. I am really upset frist time I bought one living room set no idea about store and quality I put three star for them. After buying three pieces sofa set when I came I can't fix sofa. One of sales man he said he is the Owner of this store he force me put star five otherwise he can't help me. I said please fix my problem I promise I can put five star. He keep forcing me and he didn't help me.Very bad manor they dosen't deserved even one star. one weeks after sofa leg is broken. These guys have a really wide selection products at really super low prices. Their showroom is chalk full of product and they also have a secondary showroom in the back with warehouse products. Upstairs they have living room furnishings and bedroom furniture also.

A got a few pieces of beautiful art today at wonderfully reasonable prices! I was so happy with my purchase. Plus the staff are truly legendary, super friendly and inviting atmosphere, i will definitely be back for my future furniture shopping here!
