Long story short - terrible businessThey lost my husbands suit , claimed wife picked it up ( I don’t even know them and didn’t have the ticket ) panicked and it magically reappeared an hour later . They said that they “accidentally”gave it to someone else .

This location has recently changed ownership. Used to be quite good with good service and quality work. Since the change, the quality has dropped dramatically. Put a Duvet in for cleaning and got it back a week late (they couldn't tell us where it was)...My business will be going elsewhere from now on.

I dropped off my mothers dress on tuesday asking for it to be done by Thursday. Gentlemen told me that’s no problem. Thursday comes in for pick up and my mother’s dress is no where to be found. They gave me the run around trying to feed my ears what they wanted me to hear. But I needed that dress. They got upset that i didn’t wanna hear their pathetic lies and had police called on me. Shame that my own “family friendly” dry cleaners do that when they are in the wrong. Bunch of pathetic people who just want money. Boycotting them is good for their health.

Was charged over 200.00 to have a wedding dress cleaned. Unknown to us at the time, they contract out the work and it came back dirty with a disclaimer that if we wanted, they will try again but could ruin the dress! The owners were not helpful and would only offer to send the dress back to be possibly ruined. The cleaning was unacceptable and we didn't want to send the dress back to be ruined so we asked for a refund. The owners wouldn't budge. We don't recommend this location for wedding dresses.

I bought 2 curtains from Amazon which cost me 80$ total, but I noticed that the curtains were single piece, and needed to be cut in two.I said to myself, how much it can cost, but I was really surprised when they told me it would be 60$. I said OK, dropped the curtains and they told me it would be ready in 5 days(just to cut 2 pieces of curtain in two). When I went to get my curtains back, they told me that they undercharged me and that I needed to pay 40$ more.So I paid 100$ to cut 2 pieces of curtain in two. For that price I could have gotten 2 new curtains and a mini sewing machine and cut the curtains myself. I'll never go back there.

Absolutely terrible service here. I gave them my wedding dress to be cleaned. Was charged $220. They sent it to a third party cleaner - it came back still completely dirty with a note saying they could not clean the dress further without ruining the material. I asked for money back or some sort of compensation seeing as the job was not done and received nothing. Instead I was asked to sign a waiver saying i was ok with the dress being ruined and they would send it back to the third party. I didn't want to take the risk and left with a dirty dress and no moneyDO NOT GO HERE!

Very friendly gentleman working there. I brought my Canada Goose Coat to be cleaned there. Was charged 70$ which I hear is on the higher end compared to other cleaning companies but my coat came back looking new. There was no fading or discolouration anywhere. Very pleased with the results. The only issue with the experience was that it came back a day late, probably due to the holiday season.

$96 to alter 2 jacket sleeves 1/4”?? Unbelievable. When she took my clothes in she didn’t give me an estimate but said it would not be much. Not sure what planet they’re from but $96 is MUCH! Never going back.

Middling to poor customer service. I have also found smudges on shirts that I have taken to get cleaned.My worst experience with them is two parts: They do not regularly open on time and they also over charge on simple tailoring.
