Boundary Creek Motel

This little gem in green wood is clean safe and has a full kitchen. They are pet friendly and the owners stayed up late for us to check in. The bed was comfy and the room was quite. If you are looking for a place to stay I can’t recommend this place enough. Thank you for going the extra mile for your costumers

After reflection ...I'd stay there again. Can't complain about the cleanliness. It was spotless. Also had the best shower I've had in a hotel/motel room in quite a while. I probably put a hurting on the water bill as my shower went for a while before I got into the riding gear and faced unknown weather. My bad in that I only had US dollars so I spent $74US for a fairly small room when I could have had it for less if I had the Canadian bucks. Just wanted a good, clean, quiet place to doss and got it. The owner (Said) is nice, attentive, and did his best to check me in despite not knowing how to run a new piece of equipment so I could use my credit card. Hey, it's a Mom and Pop show show I guess you have to take it as it comes. Even so, check in took a bit longer than I am used to ... I guess that's what you get for a motel in the smallest city in Canada. You have to put up with the eccentricities, eh?All in all, I had a nice quite night on a comfortable bed that was better than I have at home. I'm pretty sure that, if a motorcycle gang had showed up and partied, Said would have gotten them to quite down and everything would have been cool. The place is worth a shot ... go for it.

Best place to stay in the Boundary! Cute as hell cozy rooms with kitchen and old school vibes. Make yourself at home atmostphere. Ideal if you are working in the area. Creek with swimming hole a short walk away. Very affordable. Great host! Super friendly. Awesome value.

Owner is very accommodating and friendly. The room was clean and the price was the cheapest in town, also pet friendly!

It was clean & reasonably quiet, but the room I stayed in was very small & outdated. Friendly owners. But, frankly, I think you could do better for the price at one of the other motels in town.

We looked at reviews and thought we would stay here because reviews were good and it was pet friendly. We were originally going to stay 4 nights but only stayed 1 and that was only because I couldn't find something else pet friendly that night. Room was not clean. There was cob webs on the window. Dirt everywhere. Dishes were greasy and had bits of food left on them. There was a bug in the sugar, coffee spilled on the wall. There was a dirty towel left in the bathroom that was crunchy. The dish towels in the kitchen were a ripped up mens shirt. We were charged over $100 for the night. For the price it should of been clean!!

Pros: Quiet, clean bed, water was wet and warm, staff was friendly and accommodating.Cons: No coffee packets/grounds/cups, everything that doesn't get changed out was quite dusty, no face cloths (but did have towels), and there was an open jar of sugar in the bottom drawer of the microwave stand.

We were pleasantly surprised by this motel stay. The beds were quite comfortable and the owner, Said, was very pleasant and polite. The room was spacious and very clean. A few repairs could be in order (tub taps were difficult to turn and drippy, chipping paint in places.) But overall, a great little place. The towels were REAL, thick bath towels too! Not like most places where they are thin and tiny. The owners prefer if you contact them directly for booking.

Very eclectic and while they are older rooms, they are clean and managers friendly and happy to provide what we were missing. I like this place, go with open mindedness and that it is a small business trying hard in a tiny city. Go there!

I was super impressed with the service and accommodations we at the Boundary Creek Motel.It started to snow heavily and it started getting late, we decided we need a place for the night. We were thrilled to find a pet friendly motel that was both clean and affordable. Personally, I like to support local small businesses and try not to necessarily pick a hotel based on their flashy website or month long promotion. This place is an absolute gem!When we checked in, our puppy was hungry and the front desk gave us food for her. It made me so happy and made me feel like I made the right choice to stay at Boundary Creek Motel.We absolutely enjoyed our stay and next time the choice is obvious, we def will be back again!
