My apartment is nice, updated, was clean and well maintained from the moment I moved in. They have local security here who are all really great people. I especially appreciate Bella who is just such a great person who is always polite, professional, friendly and made my move in as comfortable as possible. Thank you!

Maintenance person and CSR helps through all the requests and getting it done promptly. Buildings are clean and tidy with the help of cleaner and the landscaper. Kudos to the whole team.

I don’t think we would ever rent from boardwalk, the place is too pricey for the condition of the unit. Whenever we ask for maintenance, it seems that the problem’s never fixed. The unit we live in, the toilet only flashes once, then you have to flick a thing inside the toilet to flash again. Or wait for an hour to be able to flash again. The screen door might be broken? I am not sure since it was never attached to its proper place. The stairs always smells like dogs. And we live in 4th floor because that’s the only thing they can offer.2 stars for the staff, I forget her name but she took care of us and made sure we get the deal.

Taylor Heights is a great place for younger adults to live. The people here are very friendly (despite COVID-19 trying to make us a bunch of isolationists) it's just a nice place to live.

I've lived here for 4 years and I loved it. They have had some issues with undesirable tenants in the past, but they have cleaned the place up very well since the new management took over. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly and tend to your needs in a timely manner. The buildings are very clean and well maintained. I would highly recommend this property!

Loved our first year here. Rent kept going up. Found out some of my neighbors were paying $165 less than I was, for a way nicer & newer suite. Then they didn't allow me to renew my lease after I was struggling to afford the unfair rent increases. No portable dishwashers allowed. Management is nice and helpful but this place is only good for short term or for people with money to burn. ****UPDATE**** I CURRENTLY LIVE AT 1206 6209 60ST, been here for over 3 years. Lowering my rating from 2 stars to 1 after that stupid response.
