Terrible service! Took in my vacuum for basic fixing and they gave it back with the motor broke and in 2 pieces. They wouldn't admit to it being their mistake, but instead it came like this. All they really know is how to argue and blame the customer for the mistake that they actually make.

I called the store for my CVAC problem, he couldn't understand over the phone, I wanted to send him pictures and videos to explain the problem (that is how we work in lock down) but he refused to give him Cell phone, this is very strange.

Went here to get parts for my vacuum they said they would order the parts and I should come back next week ( The guy wrote it down with my number and all information ) while I was there I was told that the vacuum I have is old and no good that I should just buy a new unit they had there . A week later I called to find out if the parts had arrived and they didn't even know what I was talking about. Horrible place they don't really care. Went to a place in Mississauga had parts the next day.

Great family run business! Have a lot of inventory with really good prices. They can also get a lot of inventory as special orders. Bought many things here including a hood range and garage door opener. Consultation & Installation were very smooth! Ask for Jay, very knowledgeable, kind and reliable.
