Great hours. At least have 24x7 access to the drop box so that those who can't make the regular office hours can still drop theirs forms off.It's against my religion to send mail. You have insulted me

Previous experiences have been ok, but recently the admin efficiency just blew my mind. Very quick to respond and extremely on point with provide the materials needed for the requests.

Please staff accordingly and consider providing expedite service to ones in need (feel free to charge more for stuff like transcript). Front desk staff are friendly but some of the people working there are quite rude and inconsiderate.

I called the number, used the extension during business hours (as listed on google) and was told by a bot that the extension was invalid. when I was eventually transferred to the registrars office a bot said it was unable to dial the number. very unhelpful.

Just wanted to acknowledge Heather Rellinger and Tracy Ranville of the Registrar's Office. I had issues receiving my OSAP funding, and due to COVID-19 limitations, I was really nervous that I wouldn't receive it in time to pay my tuition. These ladies were very responsive to their e-mails and had everything sorted out for me extremely quickly. Thank you so much! You have no idea how much stress this takes off of me.

I just want to talk to someone but very hard to get through to anyone on the phone (yes, I'm old fashioned).Not very good hours for those who work outside of the university or attend the university.

The lady I spoke with was not a friendly person to talk to, cut you off when you try to explain your situation. She wanted me off the phone as quickly as possible, and kept insisting to check online for my answers. Sometimes you can't find everything you need to know online. Worst Office of Registrar staff to talk to.

They know when the busiest times are for students and do not staff accordingly. Expect to call multiple times to speak with someone within the month before and after enrollment.Some people are helpful others are extremely rude.Also for a school with students on co-op during their registration you would think the hours would go beyond 4:30pm but ya know that would be logical...
