Ordered a half cheese half pepperoni and paid for extra cheese and sauce. When delivered there was hardly any sauce or cheese. Called in to inform them and spent 17 minutes on the phone with a man who had a language barrier and who only wanted to argue with me about my concerns. Pizza hut is a franchise and customers should receive what they ordered. Huge food quality issue and bad customer service. I hope they learn how to treat their customers in the future.Edit: they sent a new pizza and it's much better!

The worst pizza hut employee i have ever encountered. The girl that took our order was very impatient and gave us an attitude. Was trying to ask a question and replied with an unacceptable behavior. Im not sure if the pizza or the wings came with a dipping sauce but the last time we ordered here, they asked what kind of dipping sauce we wanted but her, she didnt even know what dipping sauce is and told us that we have to pay extra for that. This is very unacceptable. What a rude employee you have.

Don't waste your time calling them when they screw up your order. All they'll give you is the run around and won't bother replacing what they screwed up. The staff at the 12514-137 avenue location definitely have zero customer service skills. 0/10 don't recommend

The crust is greasy again, not like it was when they first came to Canada. They fixed this when it was in the old location with the lunch buffet. Too much crust edge as pizza sauce and toppings don't go our far enough to the crust. Not sure if it's just this location. But seems to be a common issue in the reviews. Also, the online ordinerg is brutal in terms of toppings. They need to update it in case you only want a certain topping on the left side or right side only. Only option is to remove it.

Fresh pizza hut is the best big chain pizza. If you grew up with Nintendo/ Nintendo 64 golden eye, pizza hut and Pepsi. You had the best child hood. Period

I would highly recommend not ordering from pizza hut. They clearly do not know how to put toppinging on a pizza. It was suppose to be an pineapple, pepperoni, beef, and bacon pan pizza (40$). Very disappointed.

I used online order option to place an order. User interface was easy to use. Order was ready for pickup on time. It was extremely busy at the outlet. Had to wait for my turn for sometime. Management should place additional staff members when it get busy especially on weekends. Pizzas were good as always.

Great deal, great food, friendly staff. They only have 2 spots for dine in, so mostly it's for pick up or delivery. Order online even when you are in store to get better deals. We got a medium pizza for $10 and a 4 piece pizza with 3 toppings and sides for another $10. Best value for the money!
