From engagement ring shopping and wedding band shopping, Lisa and all of the staff went above and beyond. They are all so professional and take the time to explain all the options and took our vision and created my custom engagement ring and our custom wedding bands. Lisa was quick to get back to us with any questions we had, and made this an absolutely amazing experience. I would highly recommend Tompkins Jewellers to everyone!!

Went in today to get my ring resized and was told it was on average a 10 day wait. Unfortunately I am leaving to BC tomorrow and could not wait that long. Matt said he would see what he could do and they got it done in a day! Was absolutely shocking that the goldsmith was able to squeeze me in.Thanks Tompkins! Would definitely recommend. Friendly people and great service!

Lisa was so helpful and lovely!This was my first time trying on rings. I had seen one on Tompkin's website, fallen in love, and my partner and I decided it was worth trying on and finding out my size.Once the ring was on my finger, I knew that it was the one. It was a very emotional moment for my boyfriend and I.Lisa was so kind, helpful, and did a really excellent job explaining diamonds, metals, hardness, size, and cost to us. She set reasonable expectations for the future and options for if we ever wanted to replace anything. Thank you! ♡

I just had an engagement ring designed at Tompkins, and it was an amazing experience!Flo talked me through the whole process and reached out at every step. They listened to what I wanted design wise, and made some excellent suggestions structurally based on the nature of the stone and design.They finished the ring well before the set deadline. Getting the ring resized was exceptionally quick as well.
