Sincerely this place is the absolute best in the hood. Fresh real food, large variety covering all the dietary needs. Great fresh bowls, nutrient packed smoothies and convenient grab and go counter for the super busy days. But best of all is the staff. Warm, welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable. Always a highlight of my day entering this place.Oasis Smoothie just added to the menu is AMAZING! Perfect summer tropical vibes, thank you for adding!

If you’re looking for a tasty, well-serviced and reasonably-priced place, I suggest you look elsewhere. My order, the egg/avocado toast, was particularly atrocious, unappetizing and distasteful, to say the least. The sourdough bread was hard on the outside, mushy in the middle and not even toasted… The star of the show, the avocado, never showed up for work. Bland, tasteless and moist mess. Only seasoning was pepper flakes and paprika; no salt, black pepper, lime… the hard boiled egg was dry and over-cooked. A friend I was with waited 40+ minutes for their order. We placed our orders maybe 15 minutes before the brunch rush at 11:15am. Their order came out at 11:55… the cashier at the register was rude and blasé/uninterested. I am surprised to see this place has good reviews… from my first experience here, I won’t be coming back. Tasteless, overpriced, waste of time. Please take your appetite and money to a small-business restaurant, rather than this deplorable and uninspired “brunch place” (if I’d even call it that…). The only good this about my experience here was the friendly server who was very professional and friendly. Shoutout to him for his hard work and etiquette. Cheers.

Tons of variety at reasonable prices (that are exceptionally nutritious!!). Fresh produce, protein options, and desserts. You can feel good about what you’re eating here - I know I did!!!Might be of particular interest for persons with dietary restrictions, tons of gluten free, vegan, and other options.Have yet to try the drinks, but man they look good.PS. TABITHA ROCKS!!! My fav part of my visit was having a lil chat❤️❤️

Healthy, delicious, filling and well-priced. Large menu to choose from, including drinks (fresh smoothies or bottled) and desserts.Walk in (no reservations) but lots of seating area. You order at the counter but they bring the food to you and will pick up the plates after you’re done as well.

Came here for a team lunch with coworkers. My colleagues enjoyed their powerbowls. My grass-fed burger wasn't exactly cooked so I sent it back. It was still not perfect when it came back but the business was nice in giving me a gift card to make up for the bad experience.The best part of this place is their desserts. Their cookies and brownies are so delicious. Make sure you try them!

This is the most legit foodie spot using the highest quality ingredients in TO! Any of their power bols are amazing. Highly recommend the Harvest Bowl, Paleo Cookie and MCT Bar. Their juice shot are really good too.

5 stars for the spicy chicken burger!!! One of the best burgers I have had in my life (trust me I have had quite a few!!!) Bone broth (seasoned with salt and pepper) makes a perfect pair with the sandwich!! Other stuffs worth trying are avocado toast with eggs, egg benedict, their chocolate sea salt cookies, paleo cookies, which go really well with latte or London fog tea. The staff members are extremely friendly!! Especially Cha and Katie! Special shoutout to Cha who was really kind to offer me suggestions on stuffs / alternative dishes proactively !
