Really terrible service. Despite being the first person in the lineup and waiting for 15 minutes the guy by entrance with “Royal Bank” t shirt decided to help the people who were in the back of the lineup. Only two tellers open one helping the customer, meanwhile too many Royal Bank Employees walking around chitchatting amongst themselves rather than helping the customers. For bad serviceI highly recommend this location for good service please choose another location.

Worst customer service ever. One person was ahead of me and I waited over 15 minutes in line. And had to leave because I have other things to do. Even when it’s not busy they don’t attend to their customers. Should not have to wait over 15-20 minutes when only one person is ahead of me in line.
