Richard is awesome and very efficient with his service calls. He is an excellent teacher, extremely professional and very interesting in this information on All Appliances available. Be sure to call them to see if they service your area. Despite the website stating otherwise, they might not.They were responsive and I'm sure the work would have been good.....disappointed.

I had Richard from Bay Appliance fix my dishwasher yesterday, he was very informative and fixed it for a fraction of the price that it would have costed my to replace. I'm glad that I used him and will definitely call them again for any appliance repairs! 10 stars!!

Richard serviced both our washer and dryer. He was very polite, knowledgeable, and quick. People commonly complain about the price of the service, but it is in line with the average cost of servicing these kinds of appliances.

I called to inquire about a service to our kitchen stove. Before being able to explain my request, the customer service woman on the phone continued to cut me off and become offensively dismissive. Not only was she rude, but I was so put off by the conversation I'll never contact them with a future need.

Have contacted them regarding tE" error code on my 8 year old Samsung washing machine which means defective temperature control sensor. Despite me giving them the model # and the error code their technician came a week later with no parts removed the back panel and tested the continuity on the sensor and said it is ok. so before going any further I asked him to put the washer on a full washing mode so only then it triggered the error code . After shaking the sensor wires he tested it again confirming that a new one is needed. So for his useless 15 minutes mostly consumed telling me stories

Charging $300 for 90 minutes of work is over the top. He even added $10 for the tap he used. Did a good job, but the charge was too high.
