Zero food safety. They get away easily, because most of the clients do not know, how got to complain, or not this place would have closed their door long time ago. Pretty much everything is expired, specially the meat which so dangerous. They keep the same old meat and keep changing the wrapping plastic and adding new sticker as well. Please smell your meat before buying it.

Very disrespectful staff and employee. Had a very unpleasant experience with them as they show no respect to their customers. Staff members do not show any remorse after it was clear a cashier acted out of line and insulted me. Not only have they shown no regard and respect to a customer who has just shopped and bought groceries from their place but after it was made clear that I was in the right, no apology was given. Last time I will shop there, which is pretty sad as I have been shopping there for more than 10 years.

Adonis market was much cheaper before it was acquired by the giant Metro. Fruits and vegetables are very expensive when compared to the products at Marché Jean Talon. I find Costco less expensive for all kind of products including fruits and vegetables.

Bought 2 kg of “fresh” merlan fish tonight. I get it that the fish was on special, but I didn’t know “special” means “completely rotten”. Cut all the heads and tried frying it, no chance - the smell of ammonia filled the whole house and was unbearable!!! 20 CAD and an hour went down the drain! The fish too, by the way!!!

I bought a cake inside green old not fresh and we got sick all the family bad service nothing is fresh bad products it was a birthday cake so they tell customers it’s fresh made but it’s not and will never buy again. Adonis store is the worst store in Canada. Be aware of the lunch food or dinner same old not fresh disgusting.

Good for general grocery, however i have had unpleasant surprises with meat bought from them. Also noticed lately the misleading price labels that contain the 1kg name but price is for lb.

Cleanliness is wonderful.Employees are friendly , nice and helpful.Credit card , Debit cards and Cash are all acceptable .Fruits & vegetables are fresh .Adonis sauve is the best in Montreal .23.01.2023 .11 am .

Never buy meat from this place. Bought marinated halal chicken worth of 60$. However, came home and started the grill to barbecue. Once, I open the the plastic bag, it’s stink like someone has marinated this chicken leg with puke. That’s how bad it is. This meat is very old. #quebecfoodsafety should visit them. It’s sad how big companies gets away easily with this type of stuff. Just avoid it.

New to the area and so went to Adonis and found that there prices are a bit expensive however they have top notch food items A high quality store with a variety of produce and desert items such as pastrise and cookies Good selection of bread The staff was polite and friendly in my experience My only complaint is that almost all of their canned products are from the company called Cedar " and not much else A big store like that should have a variety of companies for canned goods Still recommend the store Lots of yummy stuff !!!"
