I recently had an issue with my car and took it into their service department. The attendants were very friendly and courteous. I thought it would take days to resolve but was pleasantly surprised when it was fixed quickly and efficiently. We had excellent service provided by every representative with whom we dealt.It began with our first contact, salesman Dan Moore who is extremely personable, knowledgeable, and helpful, and who went above and beyond to always quickly provide information that I requested by email over the course of a week.It continued with arranging the deal with David Crich who immediately contacted another dealership to get us the vehicle that we wanted in under a week(!) and ended with doing the closing financial paperwork with Chris Horton who explained everything thoroughly and clearly.When I went to pick up my new SUV, the “in-service” with Dan and Cam on all the functions and tech bells and whistles in the vehicle was clear and a lot of fun.Buying a car is usually an unpleasant necessity, but the process at Bourgeois Nissan was very enjoyable. Friendly, unassuming, and informative service was provided at every step without any hint of pressure to purchase.Travelling to Midland turned out to be well worth it, and I would highly recommend this dealership!

Had to bring my Nissan in for an oil change, was booked in quickly when I called which was great. When I went to pick my car up once it was ready I was so happy to see the work done AND my car had been washed. Seems like something so small but was so nice to see something a little extra! The staff was absolutely wonderful as well!!

Fantastic service! Was suddenly and unexpectedly in need of a vehicle. Visited the dealership on Wednesday afternoon to have a look and take a test drive. 48 hours later the car was ready and I was on my way. Special thanks to Jay and Chris for the quick turnaround.

My experience at Bourgeois Nissan was phenomenal. Best service. Best people. Obviously, one hopes for a remarkable service when purchasing their very first vehicle, and I would need to say that Bourgeois Nissan is excellent in this. Initially, I was having a lot of questions during the purchase, however, Cass and Rona were wonderful!! They cleared all the confusions and doubts abt the car-leasing terms and conditions and both of them are very talented and professional!!
