I needed some blister packs done. Chris was the most helpful pharmacist. He went over and above my request to make sure I had everything included. He was kind, patient and flexible with some of my needs. Thank you Chris

Very helpful Pharmacists who repeatedly went the extra mile for a sick pet. Always promptly returned phone messages and were transparent in what they could and could not provide in terms of service and medicine.

I needed a compound RX filled and this location is one of the few who does it. They called me immediately after my Dr sent it in, and did everything over the phone, and delivered the RX to my home in West Kelowna. I cannot say how appreciated this service is with a newborn baby at home. Thank you Dyck's. I would highly recommend using this pharmacy for any RX.

Inquired about making reservation for rental of body cushion required to help recovery from vitrectomy. Cannot reserve. First come basis only. You take your chances. Period. Unreceptive to feedback for reasons reservations are imperative for this type of eye surgery. Met with an attitude of indifference, closed-mindedness, and offensive body language and tone. Intransigent. Management of assets and resources. Poor. Customer service. Non-existent. Lost my business.

I'm not crazy about their phone manners, nor their customer service presentation. We called them early upon their opening, they did not answer the phone until 10 minutes after opening, and said that the compression specialist was with another person and would return our call " ( you can measure yourself

I wanted to give them no star at all, but it is not possible. You should also have pigs, not just stars for ratings.A warning: Don't believe everything they tell you and what they write on the receipts they give you. They say on them that they honour a 14 day return policy. Not true, at least not true on everything.I came in with a prescription for 5 knee high compression socks and 5 thigh high compression stockings, even though all I needed was one stocking for after a varicose veins surgery. They they measured my leg, I have varicose veins just on one leg, they appeared after a bicycle accident, and told me that if my surgery does not happen soon, I may need to be measured again and get a different stocking. They also said that it may take two weeks to get the order in because the stocking may have to be made to measure. I gave them $165 deposit and was assured again that if something is not right I have two weeks to return the stocking. It says on the bill as well. Two days later they called me and tried to sell me another pair of compression stockings at $164 a shot. When I said that I actually needed only one stocking, they replied that that the stockings come only boxed in pairs. Another two days later they called and said that my stockings were in.When I came to the store to pick them up, they sold me rubber gloves for putting the stocking on, with an explanation that if something turns out to be wrong with the stockings, if I don't buy the rubber gloves and use them to put the stockings on, they would not be able to refund them.To be safe, I bought the gloves as well. When I came home, I opened the box to have a look at the $ 164 pair of stockings. I was sure that I everything about them was covered by Dick's return policy. They are made in Mexico of the rack compression stockings, sold by two per box. They looked fine to me, expensive as hell for something made in Mexico, and obviously of the rack, not made to measure, but what can you do.However four days later I found out that my surgery will most likely not happen before October, and it is still only May. Because they told me at Dyck's at the time they measured my leg with the varicose veins that the leg may change with with time, and that I may need a different compression stocking if there is a long wait for the treatment, I decided to go back to the St. Paul store to return the stockings, get a refund, and buy them later, at a date closer to the surgery. I came back in a week and a day, not even their 14 days later, and told them that I wanted to return the stockings, get my $164 back, wait to be measured again at the time closer to the surgery and buy the stockings then.Unfortunately, what I was told and what is printed on their receipts is not true. The woman whom I asked to take back the of the rack stockings and issue a refund, flatly refused. It turned out that she was the same person who called and tried to sell me a second pair of the $164 made in Mexico of the rack compression stockings. The manager turned me down as well, saying that the 14 day return policy does not apply to things made to measure like compression stockings, even though it shows clearly on the box that the compression stockings made in Mexico and sold here for $164 were picked up off the rack.Well, if they hope to get more of my business, which could be other 4 pair of compression stockings at $ 164 a shot, and a 5 pair of knee high compression socks the doctor prescribed, no way.I don't deal with merchants who don't honour what they say on their bills and for whom the customer is just a cash cow..

Very knowledgeable and helpful. The best pharmacy I have ever been to! They were so helpful and didn't make me feel like I was inconvincing them like the pharmacy I usually go to. Great customer service

Helped me find a very nice, sturdy wrist splint. At first they took measurements to find the closest match and then asked me to try it on before I left as they had a no return policy for that item.
