I went into the store knowing exactly what I wanted. $65 150 speed internet. The salesperson made it seem as if he was giving me a special deal. Telling me its normally 75 but for me he was gonna make it 65 just for me. The dishonesty was disappointing, no need to lie or mislead to get a sale. Will avoid going here again.

They helped a lady who came in after me before helping me and I had to wait while so I just left. Other than that most times they were okJan 2018 update:___ I called ahead of time to set up new service in my home and if I had debit or credit I could have paid for the deposit right then on the phone and set up service aptmnt to hook up. But I had to go in the store to pay cash but this visit was pleasant this time. I was served right away and because I called ahead it only took few minutes and had a appt few days away to be hooked up. My 1 n half year old son was with me and they were very good with him too. 9verall a much better experience. Only gave a 4 because my service apt was scheduled 4 days later and no specific time. They supposed to call me 30 minutes before they poo

Great experience at this location. Ramon gave us an excellent support with our inquiries. His customer service skills are exceptional. Highly recommended. He gave support with our repetitor at our home. Thanks a lot for the support and the great work.

5 stars for the great telecommunications services they set up and provide, 2 stars for their retail side, must be a commission here lol.

Visited the store as I had multiple doubts regarding my Sasktel WiFi. The customer service associate person named Katherine, she was kind enough to provide complete details and resolve the query. Moreover she helped me to create My Sasktel id too for future communication.

With all the new guidelines and social distancing I was waiting outside the retail store with the amount of people ahead of me. A service representative came outside and told me the approximate waiting time with the people in front of me and how I could do what I needed over the phone. Excellent above and beyond customer service.

The customer service here was beyond terrible. They told me one thing and charged me for something completely different on my account, and they were arrogant towards me the entire time. A few days later I decided to return the device I purchased and they were only more ignorant at that point. I spoke to 3 employees in total and they were all very unprofessional, disrespectful and flat out rude. I’ve been with Bell for the past two years and thought I’d give Sasktel another chance but after this experience I went straight back to Bell after my visit here. If you’re considering which company to deal with, go with Bell. Their plans are so much better plan wise, as well as price wise. Not to mention their customer service is excellent at Bell and they are always friendly to their customers.

Staff were great, super helpful and knowledgeable. They were able to get me and my wife's cell phones upgraded in an hourish - transferred all the information over, got us cell phone cases, installed screen protectors, explained the difference between apple care vs phone insurance. Made the transition to a new phone super easy!
