Absolutely stellar service! Would give 10 stars if I could! This is the only pest company you need to call. A real person answered the phone on my initial call and right away scheduled me an appointment for a day that worked for me. On the day of the appointment Steve arrived early, knew my name and listened to what I said. He did a thorough inspection, was knowledgeable and professional, and then proceeded to eliminate the ants eating my antique house. I signed up for the package deal and feel great peace of mind knowing that Steve will be available if I have any new pest problems. I highly recommend Old Island Pest Control for any pest problem you might have, their service is amazing and something you very rarely find these days. Great service, an assessment was required based on home inspection report that there was evidence of mice in our attic. Called at 8am, assessment made at 10am same day. Traps set. We were in a time crunch re having the condition removed and OIPC responded above and beyond expectations. Late last year, we were alerted to the fact that some rats were squatting in our property - in the garage and walls of the house. Old Island Pest Control came and took care of them with methods that were humane, safe for my three dogs, and effective. They helped us evict our non-rent-paying rodent tenants in record time.I found the people professional and great to work with, both the admin staff and the exterminators.
