Excellent service by the staff. The doctor took his time in examining my eyes. I hadn't been to the eye doctor in 4 years, so I knew I needed new glasses. Very professional business. The glasses came in quick. Will definitely go back in 2 years time. Highly recommend this eye clinic.

Best customer service at this location by far. I purchased glasses 2 years ago and till this day if I have any problem with it . They'll fix it. Everytime. Allen Is running a very healthy environment for customers to feel comfortable shopping at beause they know they're dealing with honest professionals. I'm about to order another pair of glasses through vision clinic on glendale because of Allen's constant customer satisfaction and his trustworthiness. Keep up the great work !

They have great attention, I mean it, they always help me solve my vision problems until the end, my products have been of good quality, in general I would recommend it.

The team was welcoming and helpful. I have been going there for 4 years now, and I like how the doctor takes times when examining my eyes and doesn't rush through the examination. Makes me feel valued. Grace helped me choose my frame for my glasses, as I had specific needs because of my strong prescription. She was very helpful and friendly.

The atmosphere was so welcoming. The eye doctor actually cared and listened. I needed help to choose my glasses and they took their time to help me find the perfect one. This will definitely be my eye clinic from now on.

I have been going to this Vision Clinic for several years now and am very happy with their products and service. Everyone I have dealt with there has been exceptionally friendly and helpful. They aren't just out to sell something, Grace advised me to wait until new frames came in when they didn't have the exact look I wanted. When the stock arrived, she set some frames aside for me and texted me to tell me they were there. One was precisely what I wanted and I was really happy for her help. The other two permanent people there (whose names I don't know) are also very professional and helpful, and I've had several really good sets of glasses from them. They aren't the cheapest place, but you get what you pay for and when you have difficult eyes like me, it's worth it to pay a bit more and have them get it right - not to have to go back time after time for corrections. I definitely recommend them.

The wait time was about 15 minutes so that is why I gave a four star but the service was incredible especially from Alex the receptionist on Fridays and the doctor was pretty knowledgable and did what he needed to do. I would recommend this place.

My daughter got her first glasses- the staff was super efficient, polite, and helpful. Also to your credit you have a great selection of frames and the glasses came in quickly.

Wonderful and friendly staff. So helpful as well. My husband and I both got our glasses and eye exam here. I would highly recommend if you are in need of an eye exam or glasses you go here.They were also very helpful with walking us through our insurance.
