Sonia at AE Coquitlam centre is a fantastic sales associate. Extremely patient, helped me fine the right style and sizes of jeans… which I hate shopping for. She went above and beyond to also make sure I was getting the best value out of the store’s promos. Thanks Sonia!!

I Just went there for return yesterday and wanted to do them price honours for me. Because I bought two same jeans on different price. So manager and one of their employee told me to bring both jeans then they’ll do price match for me when next day went there manager wasn’t there. But the other employee refused to do that by saying system won’t let me do. I also work in retail and I know, it wasn’t system it was you who don’t want to return. I’ll better order and return online next time. Weird service

This is always a place I stop to shop when I go to Coquitlam center. The quality of their clothing is great considering the price point. I love their jeggings! Absolutely on my must buy list when I shop there. I also love that I can shop for my hubby and two teen boys all in one stop. They love all LOVE their boxers! Excellent quality and definately worth the price point! Friendly and helpful staff like always.

I Also Especially Loved My Experience Today Unbelievably Super De Duper Oh So Very Much Without A Doubt! A worker named Danielle was really helpful and understanding that I didn't want to do what she suggested and I absolutely loved the fact that she picked a great top that I tried on and she really loved and liked it on me when I tried it on!

Being a little older(56) but still fairly slim(32w) I was hesitant to go in thinking that this was too young of a place for me to shop, boy was I wrong. The sales associate was really nice and made me feel comfortable right away. She was pushing skinny jeans for me but I think that those are ridiculous at the best of times. I asked for straight leg and we compromised on slim leg. She did have to go in the back to find those. Great fit, so I bought 2 pairs in different colors. She was super helpful and not condescending at all. She made my shopping trip very easy and I will be back.

An actual store with good selection of sizes available. Nice to go in and be able to try on the clothing instead of having to buy online.

I believe her name was Elisabeth?(might be wrong but definitely starts with Elisa-). She asked me what kind of jeans I was looking for and recommended me different pairs of jeans. She was super friendly and helpful. And obviously I ended up purchasing a pair of jeans she recommended(which was not in my mind at first), I loved the fit and colour. The other girl who was working in the fitting room was super polite, as well as the cashier guy at the till. I'm super pleased with the quality of the product and also great service & atmosphere of this store!
