Parsa or Farsa gave me the best customer Service today. He answered my question professionally and helped me from point A to B. His Service and dedication as front staff is well deserved.

I did not like the customer service of this branch ,employees were so slow duo to lack of knowledge. For each customer they had to get help from other employee ;which takes longer time to be served.I was depositing my check ; when I asked the teller if they do not hold my check for 4 days and deposit it right away to my account same as my TD bank ,""""teller tells me:" No we cant

If I could, I would give a negative star rating. Not sure if it's because I'm a brother or I did something wrong that the fob teller lady told me to wait for over 30 minutes without even saying a word. Please don't let me start on Clara.. good god please answer questions with more information instead of one word answer. God bless & choose a different branch

I had a displeasant experience at this RBC branch. Avoid at all cost. This branch tellers force you to unwanted saving accounts.

Sahar is so nice, sincere, helpful and knowledgeable that she solves all my questions in just a couple of minutes.

Everytime I go into this branch they seem to advise me improperly and end up causing me headaches and problems that are completely unnecessary due to their incompetence!They have caused the following issues:- advised me i had travel insurance only to find out i had travelled twice out of the country completely uncovered! had anything happened i would have been completely without help.- failed to process account changes resulting in fees that i had not agreed to.- failed to process things properly resulting in my credit card being sent to the wrong address (an address i have never lived at)!- repeatedly failed to input information properly resulting in me having to correct it via the direct phone lines and waste tons of my time on hold.- improperly processed address changes, causing my credit card to be on hold/cancelled, resulting in embarrassment and inconvenience when trying to complete a work-related transaction.- advised me wrongly about credit information and the effects of changes on my person credit......through all of this they have never even said sorry" or admitted culpability for their actions

Burton provided me with service that was professional and patient. I came for business deposit in this branch and I brought six separate deposit with cash coins and checks. I am satisfied with my service.highly recommended

Honestly, the most inexperienced and rude staff members. What’s the point of going to the branch for help, if they can’t answer your questions.
