Bought a Halloween costume the other day, only to get it home and only half of what was labelled as included" was actually in the bag. Needless to say

The hours for this store are very inconvenient during the week. Sign above the door as well as the Google page says it's open until 5pm. Now the only time I'm actually able to make it before 5pm they happen to be closed... it's 4:30! Extremely disappointed to have wasted my time. They will not be getting my business in the future.

The lady who we dealt with was pretty curt and made our shopping experience an unpleasant one. We called ahead for curb side pickup and the whole interaction felt like we were inconveniencing her. Despite it being a convenient location we will not be shopping here again.

The staff there was rude. I felt like I was inconveniencing them. First time buying tree balloons for my daughters first birthday. I ordered 5 trees. No one offered me bags. So of course when I took them out of my car all the balloons were tangled. When I called them to let them know. They offered me 10% discount.Waste of time and money. Go somewhere else

I came here to get some last minute things for my party. I thought they would have limited variety so I didn’t get my hopes up. But when I was done, I ended up spending way more than I thought I would! They have everything you’d need - plates, cups, napkins, balloons, decor etc. in various designs/colours and more! It’s truly a one stop shop. The owners are soooo sweet and kind and went above and beyond to help. This place is a gem and I will never shop at big stores again for party supplies!!

Their staff is very helpful. The return/exchange system is also good. They keep a record of your store credit (no need to worry about losing a coupon) and there’s no time limit to use. Love it!

I absolutley loving buying all of our party needs at It’s My Party! It is the perfect local shop to get birthday balloons or Halloween costumes.

I had a terrible experience with this business. Staff person was unbelievably rude bordering on abusive. I came to pick up decorations for a baby shower last year. I called when I arrived for curb side pick up. I was on the opposite side of the street due to traffic. I had intended to get out of my car and cross the street to pick up my items but before I was able to communicate this to her she angrily accused me of expecting her to leave the store unattended to come to my car.. I corrected her and she ignored what I was saying while yelling that I was an overly entitled customer. By this time I was in front of the store!She angrily handed me my items and then turned around and locked the door! Without a word. I was shocked. Had to be one of the most distressing and unpleasant experiences I have ever had. Never ever going to shop there again and if anyone asks I would say they do not deserve our business.

Whatever reason is behind the poor reviews from days and years gone by seems to have been addressed. The staff in the store are extremely helpful and know their biz. They were aware of what they had in stock down to the most obscure items that I was looking for. When it comes to anything party" related this store is hands down the best place to go in the city and surrounding region. Their hours are good to -- extending slightly beyond the usual business hours and days - much apprecitated.Kids and adults seem to enjoy going in this store - I know me and my kid do.Glad to have a place like this in the city."
