Great service and on time. Very helpful technician.

Highway 206 and 52 just after 4pm today a small hatchback car with these company decals ran the stop sign after another vehicle who also didn't stop. There was a lot of room behind me to safely pull onto Highway 52 after I would have passed by. I had to slam on my brakes and move over to the shoulder to avoid a collision. Bad move when you are advertising your company on the road.

Waldemar was prompt and well prepared for the job at hand. Our appliances are very high tech and out of our range of expertise. I was very impressed with his knowledge of the products and their function. He was courteous, clean and efficient. He didn't leave a mess and repaired our steam oven and coffee maker better than new. Thank you!

We called WS Appliance Service when we needed repairs to our Miele Hood Fan. The appliance would not stay on without many attempts at triggering the on switch with a Chop stick and then would often go off while cooking. Thomas came to repair this part and did an excellent job. He and Waldemar returned a few months later to repair some faulty light sockets in this hood fan and I am so impressed with the care they took, skill, and quality of their work. These guys are some of the best! I have had other repair men here for other appliances that pale in comparison. I would highly recommend you give WS Appliance a call for your next appliance repair.

I had a terrible previous experience with another company and was looking at a big repair recommendation (almost $1,500) based on minimal diagnosis (touching the compressor to see if it was running hot). I decided to get a second opinion and called WS Appliance and it was the right decision. Angelina, who answered the call was courteous and knowledgeable. Based on the issues I described, she recommended unplugging the unit for 24 hours before running and monitoring it again for a few days to see if the issues persisted. Afterward, Thomas came over and listened to all the problems we were experiencing. He performed thorough and required diagnostics (much more than just touching the compressor) to determine the issue and the parts needed. He was very polite, friendly and knowledgeable, and addressed all my questions and concerns. In the end, the repair cost about $1,100 less than the first recommendation from another appliance repair company, and all the work was expertly and efficiently done. I wholeheartedly recommend WS Appliance for their professional, courteous and expert service.

As a retired service department manager, I can attest that the service this company offers is top notch. The technician (Thomas) did all the right things, he listened to the customer to make sure he understood the problem, he executed proper troubleshooting techniques, he contacted second level support to ensure the correct parts were ordered for the repair. Once the repair was complete, he explained what was replaced and why. He also made clear who the customer should call in the event of a reoccurrence. Very polite and professional.

Kudos to Thomas who attended and repaired our washer. He is so professional all through out the time he was here. He is very patient and detailed answering all questions. He did an excellent service.
