I have no words to say how grateful I am to Nerds on Site. They were quick to call back when I put in a request and quick to work on our problem. Hello !I wanted to thanks nerds on site for amazing customer service. Specifically thanking Bern from St.Albert for his help. My Macbook was riddled with malware and virus’. Called about a laptop wireless network card failure. Bern from NOS suggested to just go buy a wireless NIC USB dongle rather than try and sell me on servicing the laptop. Honesty and fairness greatly appreciated! Dongle purchased, wireless restored!

Matt responded almost immediately with a quote for my request. He also was able to accommodate me very quickly with an appointment to address my issues. Being technologically challenged, Matt was EXTREMELY patient and kind with his explanations and suggested interventions. He took as much time as was needed to resolve my issues and alleviated the stress I was feeling around losing data and pictures etc. I will definitely be putting Matt on speed dial ;-)

Hey these guys are really awesome actually. I called them this afternoon, gave my info to them, and within twenty minutes their technician (or nerd as they said haha) called me back. It turned out that my problem was a relatively easy fix and the guy, Bern, offered to walk me through it over the phone instead of doing it himself and charging me. That tells me this is an honest, responsive company and they'll be my first call if I ever need more help.My only gripe with them is that it says they're open 24/7 but in reality their lines close at 8pm and they're closed Sundays. That's not enough to bump down the rating but they should fix that when they can.
