WORST SERVICE EVER! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME!Booked an appointment for applying credit card, I was told it's approved but I didn't get anything. Sent multiple emails,voice messages and booked couple appointments but issue wasn't resolved and neither received replies to any messages that were sent. I would think twice before coming here.Read further for details.I came here in starting April when I booked an appointment with "Justin" for applying low interest credit-card.He told me "my credit-card has been approved and will be receiving it in a two weeks"

Students, please do not open account with this bank, they will lure you with lots of free stuff in the beginning when you want to open an account but later on they have tons of charges and just gouge you. There are other banks like td or scotia who have a lot of perks in the long run. Save yourself headaches and stress. Thanks.

I've had such a wonderful experience at this branch because of a terrific advisor (Milena). I realized the matter when visited another bank and saw the negligence by that bank's advisor. Looking back, I remember how she has always responded to my emails, questions, requests and concerns. What a wonderful experience>

I called this branch number looking to know whether you had a public notary on staff. The robot looped me in a never-ending loop for 10 minutes, then cut off the call. I don't think the question was difficult, but the level of service was atrocious. Maybe by posting here, I'll receive an answer. Do you have a public notary on staff, otherwise known as a commissioner of oaths? What hours do they work?

I was acknowledged for my appointment quickly, employees were friendly and very helpful.

The Teller was ineffectual at best. She asked unnecessary questions of me, as to what I was planning to do with MY money, and asked to see other Identification which wasn't needed by any other Branch I've been to...which was intrusive and belittling. She finally relented when I answered more unnecessary questions about my specific accounts at RBC. Then she tried to be a Financial Advisor by telling me that she thought I was making the wrong decision with MY money. She even argued with me about the FACTS of my decision. She lied about the interest rates being 7% higher than they are, and about a nonexistent fee that I would have to pay. Then, she took her sweet time serving me, even after I explained that I was in a hurry. She was very condescending, and I left the bank irritated after sarcastically telling her Manager (who, by halfway through this transaction was looking directly over her shoulder correcting her mistakes) that she was doing a great" job.I'll be using different locations from now on when possible.Ugh"

Its very difficult to reach my advisor by phone. In fact impossible after all sorts of recorded instructions. I like and trust my advisor and am considering making some changes in my portfolio.
