Sorry, not this particular store, but the company as a whole is terrible. Zero quality customer service when trying to deal with a purchased item that's beyond late and only offer a 10% discount on a future order worth no more than $100, but would have to call and be put on hold for 20 minutes before getting a discount hold for said future purchase.

2 stars for not having people on the tills. I don't like supporting the loss of basic entry jobs. Where my kid going to work their first job one day when all of these positions are filled by automation.

What a delight, came in from out of town. Such a great place to shop,with the best service around. Thank you so much, to Rodney for all of your help. Even though we didn’t find exactly what we were looking for, it was still worth stopping in. The atmosphere was so friendly and the displays were beautiful! If you are in the city, you should definitely stop by this Lowes.

There was bad experience with packing, I asked guys 3 times did they secure everything inside before wrapping it and they told me “yes”. As you can see on the pic they didn’t. So check your package right at the store.

I first spoke to Yogesh, who worked in bath and plumbing, on the phone. He was very helpful and provided thorough information on the product I was inquiring about. When I arrived at the store, he served me immediately and helped load my purchase into my vehicle. Great service!

Waste of time. Nothing is organized can't find a thing I store.. if you ask someone it's not there department. Went in looking for stucco wire left 45min later with nothing couldn't find it... you should be able to ask at a order desk and get what your looking for

First time buying from Lowes. I made an online order, and had a pickup in the lockers. I didn't know where the lockers were, but someone immediately helped me. I honestly expected my visit to take longer. I'm very impressed with their use of technology, and wouldn't hesitate to purchase from them again when I see an online deal.

Big place with everything you need! I found one price on the shelf to the one at the till. Showed a pic I took on my phone, and the cashier changed it. It took some time to find a manager to override the transaction. But easygoing staff and very willing to help me load into my car. I will be back :)
