I have been seeing Liza for close to 8 months now. She takes the time at the start of each session getting to know where I am at mentally and physically. This helps her identify the blockages and what channels to open up.She's really helping me get re-connected to my body more.

I have been to Liza both for myself and have brought in my four year old daughter. For myself, I have chronic knee pain and have found Liza to be a lifesaver whenever I have an uptick in physical activity and my knee starts hurting. For my four year old, she had some minor urinary issues and a couple treatments with Liza helped resolve them all. Liza is GREAT with kids. She got my daughter completely on board with the treatment and showed nothing but patience and compassion.
