MedCare Clinics @ Riverview Heights (Walk-In Clinic, Doctor, Blood Testing Lab & Women's Health (Obstetrics & Gynecology)

Went to this clinic a couple times, absolutely horrible! Receptionists are very rude, waiting time is too long they told me to wait for hours one time when I was very sick… how can you do that to a person that is not feeling well ? I’d much rather go to a different clinic that actually cares about their patients and that has multiple well trained doctors and receptionist. This whole place is unorganized very unprofessional. If I could rate it lower than a 1 star I would. Would not recommend to anyone! I’d much rather go to the emergency room than wait here and get no results. Absolutely horrible.

My daughter was having a sore throat with minor wheezing and fever. The nurse was helpful and checked her weight and fever (from the ear) with no issues. When we were seen by the male doctor, he had no idea what he was doing, shoving the medical equipment (Otoscope) in her ear and told us to hold our daughter's head and told us to calm her down because he could not check her properly. First off, he made her uncomfortable with the force he used to check my daughter's ears. He told us to take our daughter to urgent care so they can put her to sleep and examine her." Which professional doctor says that? This man should be fired and not be allowed near kids. Avoid this walk in clinic because of this man. Shameful."

I wish I could give them ZERO star. Receptionist was so rude her behaviour towards their customers was pathetic. She couldn’t even give you approx. time of waiting for walk-in . I visited to get my blood work reviewed which took around 2 hours to get in doctor’s room and it’s been 40 minutes since sitting in dr room writing this review as doctor is looking patients by going in their room one by one. ( Dr.Rajinder maan) hope they get their services better in future. Just one doctor in the clinic for bunch of people lol. Better shut it down or hire required number of doctors so no one get their time wasted .

The worst Human beings!!! I took my 15month old daughter to walk in here 40 mins before closing and the 2 receptionist said we are closing we are not taking anymore patients. SERIOUSLY?! CHANGE YOUR TIMING THEN! Humanity gone EVIL! EVILS ARE SPREADING ON EARTH!I started reading other reviews afterwards and they are ABSOLUTELY RIGHT ABOUT THIS PLACE. I wish I did not go to this place to avoid facing such rude people. Dont go here please.

The 2 ladies at the reception table asked for my credit card AND TOOK A PHOTO OF IT. When I asked why, they refused to answer me and rudely said “it was for their records”. Please do not come here, this place is run by terrible people

0 stars for this place. I usually don’t write reviews, but we had multiple horrible experiences here. You never see the same doctor again and the lady Physician’s Assistant here is very rude. Once, after waiting for more than 45 minutes to see a doctor they said that I could tell only one concern at a time. For a second time when I went here to get a doctor’s note filled, the lady PA again wouldn’t listen to what we had to say first, went ahead and filled the form and in the end said that we had to wait until she finished seeing all the other patients to make the changes that we asked for in the first place. All these happened on a day I had made an appointment to get the form filled. Unfriendly, rude and unprofessional. Don’t waste your time going here. Never going back again.

I was managing a nasty cold and thought I had strep so I was SO glad I came across this clinic. This was the only clinic in my area that could do a rapid strep test, everywhere else I called you had to wait 2-4 business days!Came here for the first time on a Wednesday afternoon and was seen right after I had filled out the intake forms. The clinic itself was very clean and modern looking.Physician was very pleasant, asked me some preliminary questions and ones about my symptoms. We did the test and within a few minutes, results came back negative thankfully. This was probably one of the most efficient appointments I’ve had!

Pretty new location . Went in weekday around 1 and it was empty . Still they wanted me to wait 45 mins . The front receptionist are super rude and would never greet or smile . Not a pleasant visit ever .

After trying countless clinics in the area I am so happy to have found MedCare. Anytime I have gone, I have not had to wait long, Dr Maan and the physicians assistant have been so helpful in throughly addressing any of my issues and taking all the necessary steps to help in my recovery. I am a young female and have found many doctors simply don’t listen to me or believe my pain but with MedCare and their virtual clinic, every employee I have dealt with have been kind, helpful, and respectful of my issues and helpful me get them resolved.The clinic is clean, modern and fantastic. Not to forget, the in house pharmacy is also super helpful in making sure you are fully prepared with your medication and educated on any details you may need to know! I have 0 complaints.

This place is highly disorganized. The doctors disappear for at least 10-15 mins after seeing a single patient. The wait times are consequently too long. Avoid this clinic as much as you can
