Dr. Tsaparas did an excellent job clearing a blockage from both ears. Night and day difference, very quick visit. Clean office, nice staff and high quality service. Highly recommended!

Dr.Tsaparas is a fantastic ENT dr. I have been with him for about 2-3 years now and he has worked very hard in helping me with my nasal issues. He listens well to your concerns and makes sure to come up with solutions to help fix the problems you are having. He is very friendly and I would highly recommend him if you have any ENT problems. Dr. Aron is fine, but Burnaby ENT Associates would benefit from some diversity and inclusion training for their reception desk. It’s the worst front desk I’ve ever dealt with.I echo what another person commented here on Google review that at least one person at the reception doesn’t like their job. They would promise to do something and never fulfill their professional obligation. They would hang up my phone before I was even finished. And moreover, they would treat patients of different backgrounds with different standards of care. It’s disheartening.Just by sitting in the waiting area, you could tell some patients with a certain skin colour were greeted with a smile and some small talk. They would be addressed by their names. Others with different skin colours would not receive the same treatment by the front desk.When I visited in person, the front desk never called me by my name. Whenever it was my turn, what I got was more like a “hey you” type of greeting.Long story short, speaking from my experience, you need a strong heart to interact with the reception here if you’re a member of visible minority.I’m a patient with dignity, just like anyone else. I’m not asking much: do what you said you were gonna do and call me by my name please.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Aron for a few years now for vertigo issues and I feel truly lucky to have found her! I’ve been to many doctors before with no results. Dr. Aron was the first who made me feel heard and who tried to get to the bottom of the problem. I feel so much better now and it’s great to know that I can count on her if needed. Can’t recommend her enough!

Sent an email inquiring to see an ENT. Waited 12 days and finally phoned in to ask why the email wasn't replied to. The woman on the phone was immediately rude and defensive. If you are not an existing patient to this clinic they will not respond to your email. I was able to receive the information I needed over the phone after asking several questions. Your office receptionist should have the courtesy to kindly respond to emails even from non existing patients to provide answers. I hope this review is seen as constructive since your business is providing Healthcare help to others.

It’s been a couple of years, but Dr Aron was very patient and informative in diagnosing my earwax buildup. We had to do a 2nd appointment after the initial consultation as I needed to soften the impacted wax. She was very patient and delicate as I am very sensitive with anything to do with my ears. I felt safe and comfortable within her care. Even when the pain during flushing was almost unbearable, she paused and encouraged me the whole way through.

Dr. Aron was absolutely the worst/rudest doctor I have ever experienced. 0 empathy skills with 0 patience in terms of listening to what is actually going on. I came in to get my nose assessed but she refered me to nasal spray which wont fix my issue long term. I told her to her face that she had 0 empathy skills because she truly was trying to make the appointment about herself because I told her she doesnt know what im experiencing I have the same problem" . She kept telling me that doing surgery wont fix my nose "cosmetically" which is far off from the reason I came in and to make that assumption is really sick. I have a pretty crooked nose and have had several doctors tell me to speak to an ENT. I waited 4 months for this appointment to basically be shoved out the door after 10 minutes. Please dont waste your time with her she is literally the worst. The front desk woman was very very nice though"

Dr Aron is a 5 star medical detective. She impressed me with not just throwing me pills and solutions but actually doing the practice. We discussed my reason for the appointment and symptoms. Palpated my neck region for indications of abnormalities, inspected inside my ears nose and throat with medical tools such as a throat scope camera.I really like practitioners who do the work. :) Then we talked about her findings and possible treatment.Best of all, she asked to see me again in three months to observe the progress of her recommended treatment to be sure it was improving.A+ LEVEL DR

Dr. Aron was extremely rude I left her office crying my eyes out because I was so frustrated and just wanted some answers. I've never had a doctor make me feel so dumb because THEY didn't pass on information. I already had my nose looked at by other people, I was told the only solution was surgery and I waited for a year and a half for that surgery. I was told they finally booked the appointment and all I got was some nasal spray I've already tried and the door hitting me on the way out. If you can request to see anyone but her, she does not care at all about her patients and was literally checking her watch every 30 seconds. Next time someone who is clearly upset, guide them and inform them instead kf making them feel stupid because they just want to be able to breathe again. Also great to if traveled 51/2 hrs for someone to be so rushed they can be bothered to just sit and talk to you.

Dr. Aron has literally changed my life. For years I suffered with sinus issues, and over the last year I was getting infection after infection. I was finally able to get a referral for ENT and it happened to be with Dr. Aron. Although the wait from initial referral was long, but it’s understandable considering how amazing she is. After my initial visit I got the much needed relief I needed. Few months later prior to a follow up appointment I had an issue and called the office. The MOA was also super kind, got me in on a cancelled appointment. During this appointment I had to get my ear drum drained, although I was super nervous and scared, Dr. Aron presented me with a few options and at the end I chose to have my ear drained. The procedure itself was painful but Dr Aron was so kind, stopped when I needed a break. I highly recommend her to anyone that needs an ENT. She is absolutely amazing!!
